- We start our journey from Cappadocia to Istanbul with a visit to the insanely impressive Underground City of Derinkuyu. Cappadocia is home to many underground mysteries, as well as carved wonders like Selime Cathedral which was our last stop in the region. Then we start our journey to Istanbul, with a stop off for some climbing in Karakay. Vanlife in Turkey has been incredible, can't believe we are in our final week here, only Istanbul left to see, and our first impression is that it's crazy!!

⤈ WHO WE ARE ⤈
We are Philly and Keely and we live full time in our tiny home on wheels Martha. After building our DIY home in a Citroen Relay camper we spent a year living on the streets of London before quitting our jobs only to be met with lockdown. So after waiting for six months for the borders to reopen in Ireland we have finally hit the road in June 2021 and spent 90 days enjoying vanlife in Spain. Then we spent the next two months enjoying vanlife in Croatia before heading onto Serbia which stole our hearts. Now we have journeyed from there into Turkey where we are meeting lots of fellow vanlifers.

Yeah we had to pay a couple of the tolls in Istanbul too, and they weren't cheap! But luckily we got it done before we hit the border and got a big fine or anything

Good reference to a Jim Carrey movie! I think I would like the caves if there were no tight spots you had to wedge yourself through. Another great video for you both! Did anyone have a helmet on while going through the caves? I know I would hit my head somewhere.
Noone was wearing helmets that we seen, it was so crazy to imagine people living in there!! Not sure either of us could cope if you'd be hitting your head and if be getting blinded with dirt 🤣 Thanks so much Craig, glad you enjoyed it 🥰🥰

oh geeee. ... nooooo you should not have been legally allowed to be there!!!.. o m g. So many thoughts ran through my head... yikes!! ... I actually am claustrophobic so I did the smallest one, I believe Ozkonak. So amazing!! Cappadocia is honestly the most magical place!… and HAHAHA, our taxi driver in Istanbul said that the stop signs and lights and stuff were only “suggestions”.. CRAZY!!

Let’s go , let’s do this . Nope I’m not going inside there . Appreciate you two doing it . Enjoyed seeing underground, might of done the area where the religion’s were all together . No climbing 🧗 for me . I like the water videos best . I don’t think anyone will get hurt in a swimsuit . Philly what happens if Keely breaks a leg and your in another country ? Get a motel for four months and take care of her would be really expensive . You can’t ride around with her having a broken leg . She wouldn’t be able to take the pain . Do you just trade her in for a new model ? Be more careful out there .
I think if I broke my leg we would just have to find a really nice park up and not do a lot of driving lol. Move very slowly while it healed. I am prone to injury, so it's very possible 🤣🤣at one point one of the pupils I was teaching pulled me to the side and asked me if I was being domestically abused because he didn't believe that one teacher could come in with so many new injuries just from being "clumbsy" very sweet of him, but all my broken foots and fractured shoulders and big bruises were all from being an idiot 🤣🤣🤣
