    Would love to see more stuff on the Titan in the future. Keep up the good work!

    Engine cover on, I like the look of the Titan cover. I don’t always, but Nissan did a good job with this one.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you for the time and effort put forth to make this video. Absolutely perfect. And yes, engine cover ON.

    "less restricted intake" is a better description. Its already routed OEM for "cold air". And engine cover. I know the get in the way but look sharp. Hard pipes wil also improve the intake sound (and removing resonators/baffles like i did on my Z32).

      I said this same thing to someone else recently--you could technically describe the factory intake as "cold air intake" because its basically the same design--but this filter flows much better and the velocity stack and smooth tube gets air into the engine more efficiently.

    At 1:36 in the video you will notice a hose that is connected to the air box is just laid down on the top of the fender well. This hose was secured to the factory air box, but nothing was connected to it. What is this hose for, assumption it's some type of vent hose. Also, one general comment, if you ever re-spin the airbox, you should add the flange to the air box so it can be bolted to the fender like the factory unit. Also, I would recommend adding the mounting points to the air box that replicate the factory mounting points for the MAF sensor cable and the hose previously mentioned. It will be interesting to see if the air box works it's way loose from the fender air input when driving the truck off road in rough terrain. The unit looks nice installed, we see how well it stays in place.

      Yes, just a vent hose. I’m not sure what you mean by re-spin the air box or bolting the flange to the fender. It acts more like a sleeve to keep air coming from the wheel well rather than the engine bay. The new air box has the same mounting points as the factory box. It is fixed in position. Nothing is moving.

      @@SpeedCultureStudios All I am saying is that the 2023 airbox bolts to the fender, the Z1 does not.

      @SpeedCultureStudios  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jimcalciano7841 I would hope there isn't enough movement in the engine to cause that to come loose or pull it from the flange.

    I know this isn’t related to the video but I was curious if it’s possible to buy a 37 sport lsd differential and put it on the q50? I searched some stuff up n couldn’t find much i’m curious what you think. Does it even fit? Is it more expensive than traction concepts?

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can but you have to swap the g37 rear subframe as well. It does bolt up but it’s more work for a vlsd that wasn’t even that good to begin with and is now at a minimum 10 years old.

    • @j3.7
      @j3.7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SpeedCultureStudios if i already had a the diff would u recommend trying it or just stick to the traction concepts

    • @SpeedCultureStudios
      @SpeedCultureStudios  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@j3.7 I mean if you feel like buying and installing the g subframe, go for it. It’s not super hard. Just know that the G diff might not be any good.

      @@Boomer703 I’ve always liked aFe products, but the quality of the Z kit is not bad at all. What’s the price of the aFe? I like the front air dam of the aFe box too
