Thank you for your videos! I have several big questions: 1. How does the latest thinking in Germany about autistic experience to the native English speaking world? (IMO the UK is ten years ahead of the United States.) 2. From my semester in Austria and limited time in Germany, I feel both countries are more autistic friendly than here in the states. (People here are loud, don’t respect each other and systems are falling apart, not respected) Would you have thoughts on this? Thank you!
Your English is more than good enough to communicate with the world especially since it neutralizes the language barrier.. Yiddish is based on German - I've been told that speakers of both languages can communicate with one another
I think your English is excellent and at the very least on par with that of a native speaker. I shudder at the thought of being restricted to just my native language. English is far simpler and has a way of opening up the whole world before you.
Being a language geek and having studied German in college I always find it a bit frustrating how much boring old English is replacing foreign language content (especially German). Even DW seems to be pushing their English language reporting harder than their German language reporting. I get the logic, but it's sad. But if you were doing stuff exclusively in German, TH-cam probably wouldn't recommend it to me anyway. :-/
The only language I hear is a beautiful heart, and I also have many German speaking friends. Darin from the Carolinas
You're doing a great job with English.
Thank you!
