@@PostureTonic I still have 4 days to do the 2 weekends - these are my rest days. Was aiming for day 6 on Monday 18/11 but I'm laid low with a very bad back so think it will be stretches only for me on Monday. 🤞🏼For Tuesday.

Just enjoyed Kassandra’s 40min challenging but very enjoyable session from last Monday 18/11 - lots of gorgeous twists - perfect for my lower back😊 Try to fit in her weekly yoga class 🥰 on top of Jacinta’s Pilates
@@jennifermary2350 I saw the 40 minutes Kassandra class. It just felt like a step too far my back, but I think it'll be on this week's calender of workouts. Like you I like to fit in other sessions alongside Jacinta's pilates. This has been a great challenge. Still 2 days left to fit in. My back has eased over the weekend so 🤞🏼 I can finish them this week. Sorry to hear you have back issues. It really is quite debilitating at times.
@@FlossontheMill well had a weak core but both back & core have definitely got stronger since doing Jacinta’s Pilates. 💪 day 12 done another great class - loved the ankle /wrist weights😊
