Yay! Day 14 ✅ such an excellent programme! It’s my first time to follow a workout for 14 days straight because you made it so that we got stretched properly and didn’t get injured or horribly sore! I’m amazed with how my balance, flexibility and strength improved and I will go back to these workouts to keep improving.
