Tails is already in a bad situation as is. He is constantly being picked on because he has 2 tails. He likely doesn't have parents with him, and add to the fact that he is incredibly young at this point. It was because of Sonic that Tails has light within his life. Sonic being a jerk will just add more salt to the wound.
I just hope Amy is not far behind. I don't want the baby boy to be too hurt.
It would be awesome to see in this timeline Sonic encouraging, if not actively bullying tails himself and ends up creating one of his biggest enemies aside Eggman

Tails and Sonic Would not be friends at all tails will likely become nines. Or tails will become a nice but as sonic will be mean tails will be mad and sad very depressed
An Amy and Tails team up would be cool to see.
I feel like this would create a few other possible timeliness for sonic. What if...instead of sonic....AMY was the light tails needed instead? I can't see Amy really just bullying some kid for being a mutant. This might cause him to stick with her instead. Perhaps they'd compete/work with sonic to stop eggman instead? So many possibilities
It makes since Amy wants to see good in the world since she’s independent and kind hearted. But of course for a Hedgehog with a selfish attitude, he just wants the glory. Great “What if”!
He’s like fleetway sonic but way much more of a jerk
My Guess for What If Sonic was a Jerk? Part 3:
Reaching West-side Island, Jerk Sonic starts looking for Dr. Robotnik and the Chaos Emeralds. While searching, he unintentionally saves a certain two-tailed fox -the bullies were just in his path. Like in the original games, Tails is eternally grateful and eagerly decides to follow this super cool Hedgehog and be his sidekick. Unfortunately, Jerk Sonic is not interested in having another fan following him around, nor is he willing to be saddled with some little snot-nosed brat - let alone a "two-tailed freak".
Jerk Sonic tries to use his speed to lose the young fox, but, with his ability to fly, Tails is able to keep up with the speedy hedgehog - determined to prove himself as a worthy ally. Finally giving up on trying to lose him, Jerk Sonic reluctantly allows the eager young fox to hang with him for a while. Throughout their adventure on West-Side Island, Tails tries to impress Jerk Sonic by showing off his array of gadgets, giving him useful strategy advice, and sharing his sad origin story of being an orphan and a victim of bullies. Jerk Sonic, of course, is neither moved nor impressed, and just uses the eager young fox as a decoy, stepping stone, and lackey. Tails endures Jerk Sonic's mistreatment, because he doesn't want to be alone and believes that Jerk Sonic can't be all heartless - after all, he did save him from those bullies.
During the final conflict against Dr. Robotnik, Jerk Sonic finds himself trapped and at the mercy of Dr. Robotnik's battle mech. Just as it looks like the evil doctor is about to claim victory, Tails rushes in and uses his intellect to sabotage the mech and give Jerk Sonic the opening he needs to defeat Dr. Robotnik and send him flying. Jerk Sonic is met with praise and cheers when he and Tails return to West-Side Island. And who should appear but reporter Breezie Hedgehog, wanting Jerk Sonic to tell her viewers all about his recent battle with Robotnik. Being all too eager to brag and boast, Jerk Sonic describes how he "single-handedly" beat Dr. Robotnik in a dramatic and intensive fashion - leaving out the part where Tails saved him.
After Breezie and her crew leave, Jerk Sonic prepares to leave West-Side Island continue his pursuit of Dr. Robotnik and the chaos emeralds. Tails thinks he going to, but Jerk Sonic tells the little fox that he's decided that he doesn't want a sidekick and would rather hunt for the Chaos Emeralds alone. But then, Tails tells Jerk Sonic an ancient legend about a mysterious floating island where there it is said to be the home of a Master Emerald. Being intrigued by this, Jerk Sonic tells the young fox that if he can help him find this legendary floating island, and this Master Emerald, not only will he make him his official sidekick, he'll adopt him as both equal partner and little brother.
(Spoiler Alert: Once he has the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald, Jerk Sonic plans to leave Tails for dead)
Tails eagerly accepts Jerk Sonic's deal, but warns him about a super strong guardian that is said to dwell on the floating island. Jerk Sonic doesn't worry about this and tells Tails that he's faster and tougher than anything. Climbing aboard Jerk Sonic's plane, the duo fly off towards the legendary floating island. Neither of them are aware that a mysterious female figure is watching them take off. She knows where Jerk Sonic is going and is determined to stop him from accomplishing his goal.
Meanwhile, Dr. Robotnik has crashed landed on the floating island, where he meets the island's guardian: Knuckles the Echidna.
I loved this part. maybe in part 3 we see tails being blind by Sonic's coolness. but then in sonic adventure tails arc will be to find out who sonic really is. but that's just a idea.
I wonder if sonic and the dark chronicles game thing would be included here? Because you can make sonic act like a real jerk in that game lol

I actually asked that question on one of his videos and someone (I think maybe a person who worked on the show) replied and said he was ok and that they have a discord, idk try finding the comment it's on one of the "newer" what ifs

Part 2 was great!
Makes so much sense that this Sonic wouldn’t care about actually saving the Planet and instead just wants to go after Robotnik for the Fame.
I honestly believe that this Sonic’s behaviour could lead to Knuckles staying on Robotnik’s side with how much of a Ass he is.
Although, that’s only if he won’t attempt to steal the Master emerald.

More likely Knuckles helps beat Eggman and then punches Sonic out of his Super/Hyper form and off the island putting the chaos emeralds in a more secure place and becomes a lot more hostile than Cannon Knuckles 😢😢😢

@@freddyjumpandrun7484 Thank you it came to me when I remembered Knuckles introduction in Sonic 3 and I think Jeronic (jerk sonic) would be lucky if he got off Angel Island in one piece let alone alive
I can agree with the fact knuckles wouldve never switched side if sonic is a jerk AND ALSO POWER HUNGRY as shown in the series, but if tails was somehow forced to help sonic for "the views" then knuckles could think something is up.
But by the time he manages to figure out dr.robotnik also wants the master emerald, it would be too late to stop him and ends up in a arm's race with sonic to first get the master emerald and knuckles likely suceeding in getting to it first.
And who knows, maybe it takes tails off of sonic cuz he a jackass to this small child and they may get their version of a brotherly relationship ironically enough instead.
Nice great part seems we got Amy here being the hero that sonic ain’t, can’t wait to see how this series go and if sonic will either have a change of heart or by the end of it go full scourge and become a villain
If Jerk Sonic goes full Scourge (even without the Green), he will be just as if not even more sadistic than the Scourge in the Archie Comics and we will also have even more "You can't count on anybody" stuff put into this AU
Either that or he turns out like modern Shadow only instead of being a corporate mandated edgelord he is forever a selfish Nominal Hero.

Glad to see that this series continue. It’s an interesting concept to see how does a little bit of an attitude change can alter everything.

Okay, that was pretty cool! Gotta say that I did expect this to happen. On the one hand, Amy isn’t essentially part of the main cast (or is she)! On the other hand, this What If could end up being a post apocalypse if she’s not in SA2. But, this could lead her to become a hero in her own way, taking the spot Sonic had. Love the introduction of Breezie here too!
My only request, never, ever, EVER use hasta la vista mista again. Ever. It was always a lame catchphrase. XP
I could see Tails going in one of three ways, rejected by Sonic (possibly a Nine scenario), in a co-dependent friendship with him, or joining Eggman. I’m curious as to where you’ll go with this.
I mainly used hasta la vista mistah as an obscure reference lol. I love filling these videos with references.

Alright! I love a good Fleetway Sonic fanfiction!
I can see the enchonter with Tails being completely different like with Amy. Maybe the two never becomes friends his only hope now is Amy, heck maybe this will become a recurring theme his friends in the main game join up and humble him hard.

Honestly? I don't see this Sonic going Súper anytime soon,like it would make sense that when he gets the chaos emeralds and tries to use then he becomes some kind of controlled Dark Sonic,he is not a good person with nice feelings,he is not worthy and is not gonna be for years to come
