    Great lesson, but I would’ve like to know how many stitches you were working with during each row just to make sure, as the person learning this is keeping up with the right amount of stitches with each row. I like to know the math behind the stitches so I can create my own variations. Also, how are you securing the yarn as you are changing color?

    • @gloriarendon7634
      @gloriarendon7634 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      She states in the beginning multiples of 6 + 3. I would think the 3 are for your turning chain to start your next row. Choose what size blanket you want to make, then do the math to what comes the closest to that multiple. I think I would take a border into acct when multiplying multiples, but that's just me.

    • @gloriarendon7634
      @gloriarendon7634 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh I forgot, take your yarn and hook into this consideration also. I just use the hook size that your yarn recommends.

    I have a question. I'm having difficulty when it comes to making the clusters. You say to skip 5 but at the end of the row I'm not making a half cluster on the 6th st. Because there is only 5 st left... did I miss one? Do I have to re do it?

    • @judithfordham2025
      @judithfordham2025 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Multiple of 6 stitches plus 3 stitches. For a long scarf that could be a starting chain of 204 + 3= 207 stitches in your foundation chain.
