Try using a simple free synthesizer to get used to the basic parameters and envelopes, vst like vital or even serum have tons of extra features that are not essential to the making a “sound” it’s all the same “language” just with more features. That understanding will be useful once you get an idea of how envelopes, filters and oscillator wave shapes word, modulation for example is the ability to manipulate any of those parameters I’ve stated and shown in the video… hope that helps a bit… I’ve been producing for 7 years and synthesis was something I didn’t get under my belt and relied on presets for the majority of my “journey”
Would love to see you recreate the lead sound from „beautiful lie“ by barking continues. It’s really textured and he is using lots of automation to make it organic
I absolutely love the plugin, it's really good for something that is free. My only question is how do you get slide notes to work with the VST? I enabled MPE and I got it to work once. But now when I try it, on a new project, it doesn't respond to the slide/glide notes.
Many folks will map a midi controller to the macros. Mapping single parameters is still useful to have common controls immediately at your fingertips. Also most folks who don’t know how to make this sound will benefit from labeled macros that let them know of common ways to modulate the sound.
Am I the only one who produces the whole tracks for years but still don’t know sh*t about synthesis? Watching lots of tutorials doesn’t really help me ta all 🥲
This is a really great tutorial. It's amazing how advanced vital is
More Shorts!!! They are great.👍👍😁
i genuinely am interested in what you're saying, I'm just too dumb to understand what it means haha
No worries-I have a free tutorial series for beginners if you're interested: th-cam.com/play/PL6BtxJkWmp-2J4MAUNFybfUbPxWqisKVn.html

@@Truman9298thanks for the free game
>Creates acid bassline synth
>Doesn't play anything below C5
This is a beautiful setting.
Dude you are a godsend. Your work is amazing!
Very useful preset that you can use everywhere for almost every genre. but there is no way this simple preset is the most requested one :DDD
You wouldn't think so, but pause the video on the requests and check them out. They're all saw waves with low-pass filters :)
Step one: set up these macros
Step two: draw the rest of the freaking owl 🤭
Sounds like the preset will get you into a very popular ballpark, though.

Not playing the sound first thing at the beginning of the tutorial is so 2023
Hey. It's the 303! :)

You explain sythesis stuff so good, bro! Keep it up 💪
Can't wait for the video for additive synthesis!
that was the most requested? damn i could find a chore of a sound to design for you lmao
Thank you so much!
Can we also get the Lead from the song Seavolution in Hotel Transylvania 3?
Can you please upload this in a differnet format so I can rewind?
Nevermind if you edit URL to say watch instead of shorts it plays it in the regular player

Can you do opus by Eric prydz?
Summit by skrillex
it uses the first envelope in my vital so it doesn't turn out to be a pluck
Funny how everyone is like, how do you make that really really simple sound
you bro can you remake the sound of the main lead in “#brooklynbloodpop”. i’ve been trying but i can’t get it right.

What Plugin is this

Hey what plugin is that
Vital
what's the plugin name guys
Vital
what daw is this
It's not a DAW, it's a free synthesizer called Vital. You can use it in any DAW or as a standalone application, like I'm doing here.

You would have to assign "pressure" to modulate oscillator tune
0:1
yea so easy
13:27 😂😂
Pluck is so weak in vital
Only 50 stepsl😅
Literally a minute long
21:23 😂
not simple
Great sounds, but you went thru this way too fast
Ninety percent of the macros in this are pointless. Macros are used to control multiple macros at once.
Many folks will map a midi controller to the macros. Mapping single parameters is still useful to have common controls immediately at your fingertips.
Also most folks who don’t know how to make this sound will benefit from labeled macros that let them know of common ways to modulate the sound.
what keyboard is that ??
Worst kind of tutorial. Telling to turn knobs without saying what they are doing
this is a short for a reason..
17:49 😭😭
None of those words are in the bible 💀
bro explain slower omd
Bro it's a short! 😆Check out my regular videos for a more manageable pace.
This oluck is so terrible
