NOT WORKING ANYMORE I just did what he said, used a VPN to connect to Turkey, logged in on steam while using vpn, changed the region of MARKET (i only saw the price in TRY, but on steam settings it was still same country), bought a 20 TRY gift, it works, and then it converted to EURO (I live in eastern europe, EU), after that i logged off steam and reconected with VPN off, didn t changed the region of ACCOUNT, reconected with VPN on, didn t changed region

About Steam Region Change Here Are My Findings:
1- Steam Allow You To Create New Accounts Only With Desired Region Using Free VPN (Paid Not Required).
2- Redeeming A Wallet Gift Card In A Different Currency/Region Doesn't Work Anymore.
3- Gifting A Game From An Account To Another With A Different Region Doesn't Work Due To Price Differences.
4- Current Stores Region Aren't Changeable And Any Allowed Payment Methods For This Region Work Even Without VPN.
5- VPN Works but steam needs A Purchase From Payment Method which is supported in this Country and the store should change.

Dude to change region easily you do:
1 - buy the cheapest steam gift card of the region you want to Switch to
2 - Use vpn
3 - when you want to buy The game you can Switch the region there
4 - When you temporarily are in the region with vpn, reedem the gift card
5 - disconnect from steam, then disable vpn, log in again and the region change should have happened
