Worked like a charm! I had to look how to install ( i am using bodhi linux) and after that, it just worked. Thanks mate.

Thanks so much! I really didn't wanna do this with a command prompt. I wasn't backing up a pi image but a batocera image for my laptop. I keep getting told how great things are in Linux and I was starting to think people were crazy when I'm being told such a simple thing takes this long. Back to loving Linux again. Lol.

I'm using 18.3. Typing 'ima' in the Menu box didn't work for me as it did for you. I had to select Accessories to Disks. Found the SD card though and it was an easy restore. Thanks for this video.

Thank you very much! So easy lol I am planning on moving my almost full 64GB retropie image to a 256GB. The next issue I see is getting the rest of the space on..but I'll get that working!

what if we want to create a fully functioning 2nd USB rather than a backup that needs to be restored?

Hi, I am using Linux Ubuntu. Will this work the same way? I am wanting to copy my sd card that I use in my rasbery pies in order to build one to give to my friend. Thanks.

Say that your original image is 16 gigs, can you flash it to a 32 gig card?

MrRockfish01 hi I would have thought so but not sure. Perhaps format the 32 card as 16? Not sure sorry, thanks.

Yes you can but it will only show up in pie as 16gb space to get the rest of the space in the pie settings menu there is a way to expand pie to use all the 32gb :)
