Cool video, as always. Thank you! I take the opportunity to ask: do you know of a way to make a hot backup? I was looking into a way to backup while it’s running and use a script to upload it to a ftp/smb share.
You could try using the dd command to create an image of the running device. Make sure you test restoring it to see if the hot backup is viable. I've never tried it on a running installation
@@i12bretro I have something going out on my home raspberry but haven’t had the time to finish it and try it out. Dunno if I was using dd or something else. Maybe I’ll get some free time this week and send you somehow the script. Might make up for another cool video 😉
I'm sure it's nice, why the **** is there guitar music playing? It's too loud and it makes it less easy to interpret (as a non English speaking person).
Worked like a charm!
Glad to hear it, thanks for the comment!
Is there any reason to have a background music? Especially if it is louder than your voice?
Ditto. Bloody annoying.
Excelent tip! Thank you
Glad it was helpful, thanks for the comment

Nice
I use fsarchive program whith -Av flag like so: sudo fsarchiver savefs -Z 3 -j4 -c password /backup/backup-sda1.fsa /dev/sda1 -Av
Can it be used in the official Raspberry Pi Imager? Nevertheless i will try it out, want to use the hostname config option when restore it again...
I'm not sure as I typically use Etcher. Let me know if you try it and how it goes
Love your videos still mate , thanks again, is there a way to send a PM on here?
