I have the injen intake on my 2017 turbo soul it's made for the veloster.identical fitment. Same engine.all the hoses connect on the injen intake.100%perfect fitment .highly reccomend it.
Hi am wondering if you can point me to a website that ships out supercharging kits to canada. Am looking to get more power out of my 2016 kia soul ex naturally aspirated 2.0 litter gdi engine but am having a hard time finding a supercharger kit for it. let me know your opinion,

Dang my gf got her soul just before the turbo model came out :( I keep telling her I can drop that turbo engine in her car without too much hassle or even just swap over the turbo parts. Probably be able to find some in the junkyard soon that have been in an accident. Hers has the 6speed trans that you can shift though, which would be nice to use with the turbo engine.
I'd be careful. The new Turbos come with a 7 speed dual clutch transmission, you might need a transmission to pair with that turbo swap... which in that case you'd be better off just selling the non-turbo and getting a turbo. (which is what I did - oh my word it's so much better).
Yeah I looked into the transmissions and I would end up getting a engine and trans together if I went that route. Thankfully we have the 1.6l engine which is the same as the turbo. They made the engine bay a little bigger for the 2.0. We seen a stanced and lowered one at a car meet last week so I think she wants to stick with cosmetics for now XD
OK so I have a 2020 soul GT20 soul GT Turbo if I disconnect my research valve will that mess up the Turbo over time? And I mean with all the factory parts I haven't moded anything yet
I take it this voids warranty ? or no ? just want to be clear. also, i am trying to join the facebook group ! love my soul and ive been more and more interested in doing more with it. this is my second kia soul. this sounds fucking fantastic !
Wow this is actually pretty cool, what about the blowout valve pipe that you mentioned. Any problems that will come with having it out in the open. Or was it initially attached to the intake just to condense the sound ?
We vented our blowoff to atmosphere and it sounds amazing for free until we start doing upgrades after warranty expires its my wifes soul i still race my Kia Spectra5 yeah a fast spectra lol

all of the gamma engine have the same routing for the intake... there are very small differences in measurements.

I have a Injen intake on my 17 turbo made for a veloster. Works just as well! Put that on last April.
mine is from the Forte SX... same fitment

no issues at all.... this is the recirculating valve that stock goes back into the turbo inlet pipe

I just bought a new 2018 KIA Soul Turbo and I have noticed a slight lag in the turbo pickup. I didn't recall you saying who made your intake?
Also did you experience a clunking from gears 1 - 4? Seems like a shift kit was installed. And also mine shifts too soon, under 3000 RPM.
