Sarah Douglas is a Policy Analyst at Health Canada. She co-leads Project Heart with a team of community members with lived experience, researchers, designers, and policy analysts with diverse experiences in the healthcare system.
Nadine Hare is a design mentor who helps teams embed design and participatory research in their work. She teaches design research at OCAD University and theUniversity of Toronto. She also serves as an Innovation Fellow at Women's CollegeHospital.
Manuel Escoto is CDTRP’s Director of Patient, Family, and Donor Partnerships andKnowledge Mobilization. He’s been with the CDTRP since 2021. He is also a 17-year kidney transplant recipient.
