For a tropical climate the house can be an OVEN. Developers should start thinking about comfort eg build with green space in mind. Why not build basement where it will be Cool. eg. build 4ft below.

Galina, St. Mary, about 45mins, from Port Maria. You have to pass the other youtbuber Jamaica SUNRISE house. Nice and quiet. You can a bus to Ocho Rios. Good road , nice scenery.

Why is everyone putting in those slick white tiles on the floor in Jamaica? it's dangerous . Don't they have matted tiles or hardwood floors in Jamacai? If someone uses a walker they can hurt thmesleves on those shiny tiles. I like that door. It looks secure and don't need bars. Jamaica has a lot of potential especially in this technology age.
