Agreed, but it may not be viable/sustainable on the island. Other Caribbean countries practice the same method ... 🤷🏽 ... I'm not an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 🤷🏽⁉️
The houses would cost more if that was done,it is very expensive.
Other developers have done that in recently built homes. The government has been putting wires underground along the highway, as they expand into St Thomas.
That looks like a prison ground. Why does Jamaica try to erase their colorful and bright culture and completely remove the natural landscape that makes it beautiful? I hope more developers start to think smarter, focused on what the people want, and make these home unique and attractive. There’s a lot to be desired so on the upside, they’re so much room for growth and expansion. Nature provides so stop trying to erase it.
Jamaicans are creative, they are going to make it what it should look like. Everything starts somewhere.
What you described won't make the developers any money. They get paid on the individual properties, which are sold out on announcement. Each owner will later add their individual touch going forward.

Delpratt family features many of them and years later, the homes are sitting empty.Sometimes them take some people money and cannot finish up the property good to give the owners the keys

Those do not look like typical Jamaican homes or community and is certainly not worth that. It doesn't look good. I don't know what those developers were trying. It didn't work.

Green Village in Spanish Town does the underground utilities, making the community look so clean and modern, with its uncluttered streets and enhanced aesthetic appeal.

You have to make it a priority to state the location of these new developments either in the Thumbnail or at the introductory stage of the video. Don’t assume that everybody knows where you are. Also state location in relation to other popular sites.
We’ve done like 4 videos on the development before.

I don't think underground utilities would work for the Caribbean given we are surrounded by water and have numerous underground water supplies. Current and water could pose extreme danger in the event of flooding
There are many communities and areas already in Jamaica that utilize underground utilities. Telecommunication companies also do wiring underground in many areas too. Remember that the lines don’t go too deep, it’s like literally right under the surface.
They look oblong shaped, like attached shipping containers. Kinda pricey for these oddly concrete shaped boxes.
