    I have bought a 3 bhk and the delivery time is 4 years approx. Reason being, I want to increase the quality of my living. I was against real estate investment but for self consumption I don’t mind, so buying.
    People have a lot of money and want to buy premium properties only. Amenities and large area with low density is in demand and projects catering this are less. NRIs are pushing lot of money in real estate. My NRI friend bought a 1 Crore flat and added 75 lakhs of interior.

    Hi, nice video. I have been comparing urban sprawl over time in many cities. What i have found is the sprawl grew maximum from 2005 to 2016. And onward it is stagnated. Can you make a video on pace of urban sprawl and new projects over time. Would be looking for it. Thanks

      If investing, you should be ready to hold for a pretty long time before selling. The market is a bit speculative given the development around. Personal opinion.

    Hi, We have one plot in Undri, Pune but presently we live in our Sinhgad Road in a 2 BHK flat that we own. We are debating if we should build a house on this plot or sell the plot. We are happy where we live and the distance between Undri to Sinhgad Road is long. Should we sell the plot and invest the money in the retirement? We are middle class family.

      If you wish to sell at a good price, now is a good time, especially for a city like Pune.
      But again, check if 2BHK would suit ur needs in the future, too, or would you be buying a bigger home.

    क्या हमारे देश भारत की जनसंख्या 2050 तक 160 करोड़ होने के बाद घटने लगेगी और 2100 तक देश की जनसंख्या 110 करोड़ से भी कम हो जायेगी ?
    क्या वर्तमान में देश में जो रियल एस्टेट में डेवलोपमेन्ट हो चुका हैं वह 160 करोड़ जनसंख्या के लिये पर्याप्त हैं ?
    क्या रियल एस्टेट में अब आगे कोई बहुत बड़ी तेजी नहीं आयेगी ?

      Plots will come under Risky Real Estate. Legal title is not clear in plots many a times. 😛
