Agree 100 % we need 100s of new cities with not more than 10-11lac population so that easy governance will be possible. I am from jaipur. 25 years ago my city was best to live as pollution was under control and clean cuty with good roads and infrastructure. Now population is 42lac and I really want to leave jaipur to some small city. We should start developing cities with 3 to 4 lac population all over India to get rid of congestion and basic infra is also available there we need to upgrade it only instead of building new city from scratch like Dholera in gujrat it takes time of 10 to 15 years to develop a city
