Wish I saw this sooner- the strategy of the center mark is the best when installing alone-
I misaligned mine and one side isn’t flush with the trunk lid edge - by center marking you can focus on getting the spoiler flush from hr back on the trunk lid

Hey, you ever think about switching up that style of spoiler for something like the R-type spoiler? It's a bit big and aggressive but I think it fits the look of our rear diffuser
Little trick tip use WD40 to dissolve adhesive,melts it right off,without hurting paint.
I’ve tried many solvents over the past 15 years including WD40. It works on small stuff but not all the time. And it’s messy. The 100% best solution is a rubber eraser wheel on a drill. I don’t use anything else anymore besides that.
Where is your diffuser from? And also do you like the duck lip better then just a normal spoiler like the one in the video?

i ordered mine and installed it but didnt quite fit perfect, i sits weird but watever its on and not coming off . still looks badass though

I honestly don’t like the plain or the “turbo” makes it look tacky but that just my opinion still a clean car and great content as usual

Yes, should be the same exact process if you have the stock low profile lip spoiler.

do u still have the wheel spacers on the car in this video?
Yes. Still good. Once a year I take it off and give it a nice coat of black spray paint, let it thoroughly dry and then make sure I apply grease on both sides before putting it back on.
How did you get most of the adhesive not sticking to the hood? when i did same the procedure a good amount of adhesive was on the hood. Had to use a razor and was a b!tch & 1/2 to remove the leftover adhesive.
use buffer next time, some polishing compound and it can be buffed of without damaging paint, I had so much glue residue when removing chrome side trim
Try turtle wax vinyl removal.....works great, i even got it to take couple scuff marks off my car (white paint)

I dont remember. Every single mods on my car has it's own specific video on my channel. All the details of the mods and where to get them are in those videos.
Just had a shop remove my OEM spoiler to install the same one you had in description. When they removed it off and cleaned residue there was a lot of lines like scratch marks? Not sure if it’s just me but seemed like you didn’t have any of those
Don’t know. They probably did a bad job of removing it or someone removed it once and did a bad job. Using a fishing string will give you lines but it’s just residue that cleans up.
Flexx Alexander I had this car from delivery.. not sure what method this shop used. It’s the best shop in my area 140+ 5 stars too. They did however tell me that it may leave scratches when removing but I thought of how you did yours flawlessly so it shouldn’t be any different
Could be the fishing string they are using too. Mine had some minor scratches but it polished right up.
i wish mine went that easily...hahaha. i had gorilla double sided tape and had to quickly pull the spoiler off 3 times. once that Shit sticks its hard to pull off again. haha

It did with my car. The spoiler was pretty light.
