    I just filmed an MSM hair video after my experience with such success. I was stuck with shoulder-length hair most of my life and now I have waist-length hair and I am so much healthier and happier overall. The holistic lifestyle is the TRUTH. Ayurveda is so detailed and they have an oil or an herb for just about everything. Thank you for all the great hair videos it is refreshing to get great content with a radiant host.

    I grew up in India but unfortunately my mom was not into ancient Indian practices and just used normal shampoo for hair. And after moving to the US, I abused my hair with all kinds of nasty stuff out here. Your and Negin Marsalehi(?)’s hair (although her hair products have silicones 😑) have totally motivated me to cut all the bad stuff out and respect my hair and treat it well. My goal for 2020 is to have long healthy hair like yours and avoid the salons (they cut too much off and use silicone based products).

    Thank you for helping me invest in my hair. I'm seeing a lot of ppl complain about BB pricing on here. Please think about that spa day, weave install, lashes, mani pedi, or that $5 a day coffee. If it's helping your natural hair/self why cheapen yourself? Sacrifice in any one of those areas then you have your product. No more low quality items on my skin/ hair. Plus it's black owned! Bomb.

    Curly, first of all let me thank you for all that you do. I've gone from seeing lots of my hair shedding in the sink to virtually no shedding at all. THANK YOU. You have so much going on that I don't have time to try all of it. This is not a bad thing that you have a lot. I just have a lot of things I'm juggling, including caring for a sick relative, so stopping to do just some of these things has been overwhelming. If there's a way to incorporate all that you've shown, I'd like to with a little more ease. If I could make a request, I'd like to see you do a video on how to develop a regular regimen. I'd like for you to give a list or schedule of things we can do every month. I see you using teas, hot oil, rinses, rice water and henna, etc. I'd like to put all of that together as a system of things I can do on a monthly basis. I also see you use avocado oil sometimes, olive oil and tea tree oil other times. What do you suggest in all of this? Thank you again.

    Hi Curly Proverbs, i really love your content, they have been helpful to me especially the ayuverda. can you please do a video on low porosity hair, the types of products to use for it. My hair is not growing at all. I have watched lots of video on TH-cam I still can't manage my hair.

    • @Cindy99765
      @Cindy99765 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      From all the low porosity videos I've seen on TH-cam, most people say that the hair is slow to get moisturized/wet, but once it's wet, it stays wet and retains moisture well. As a result, hair product can build up easily with this hair type and you need to wash your hair more often than higher porosity hair to keep your scalp clean. Use lighter oils like argan oil to make sure your hair doesn't feel weighed down, and avoid using protein often because your strands are already strong.

    My hair only ever goes to just over the shoulders and its so springy (coily) and i want to grow it as long as yours! Im hoping this works for me. In terms of Hair masks, how often should I do it? And what oils are the best? Bc my hair is usually dry

    • @Cindy99765
      @Cindy99765 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If your hair is usually dry then you can try doing the treatments once every month first to make sure that's okay. If your hair feels fine with that, try once every two weeks

    Hair gloss sounded good until you mentioned apple cider vinegar. I love ACV for a skin toner but not for my hair as it breaks my hair off. I will stick to fenugreek & henna which left my hair very soft and not dry.

    If I make a tea of fenugreek seeds, rosemary, sage, lavender, burdock root, and nettle can I use it as a spritz or will this be too drying to leave in?

    • @alamatablessing8651
      @alamatablessing8651 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can leave it in but use a leave in conditioner afterwards as herbal teas can be drying. Or add rose water and aloe juice to the tea.

    Hello Is there a substitute for henna or a non colour henna to use for curly brown hair? How often do i have to apply a mask/ gloss/ tea / oil/ in a week for very dry frizzy hair with high porosity to promote hair growth? Best regards Christina

    • @Cindy99765
      @Cindy99765 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try cassia substitute.

    • @Cindy99765
      @Cindy99765 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      For high porosity, try doing it once a month first. Apply the treatment on a small section of hair or skin first to see how you respond to it or if you're allergic. Then, if it is okay results, you can do it once every two weeks.

    Hi, I have 4C low porosity hair and I use ghassoul and shikakai to wash my hair weekly and my question is since shikakai is a low protein herb is it okay to use afterward a henna gloss?

    • @Cindy99765
      @Cindy99765 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Be careful with the herb and only use a little bit every now and then to avoid protein overload. First try using it only a small section of your hair.
