It's amazing how much bigger the hype for Warhammer has gotten even just since Space Marine 1. Warhammer 40k is finally getting the love it deserves and I'm just glad to see it

Can also thank all the actually decent and good games the franchise has gotten the last handful of years. Didn't really used to be that way, most of them just felt like licensed bloatware for a long time
@@Mandingy24 I personally disagree because we're actually getting more Warhammer bloatware now than we ever did before and IMO the original Dawn of War games, especially Dark Crusade are still far better than any Warhammer 40k game we're getting nowadays

He is not talking about the Deathwatch bounds as a insult, but as a Sign of Respect. The Deathwatch is like the Special forces of the Space Marines, and to go to a Kill Team is a Honor To most Chapters.
Fr death watch are my favorite from what I understood they were comprised of the best for various chapters didn’t know you could be sentenced to it like Titus
@@franknoriega4417 Well, the Black shields are a thing, and they are volunteered space marines that joined the Deathwatch in a "repentative service" or taking refuge from Imperium's inner power struggle.
Well, for Titus, personally it's a repentative service, and on a broader scale it's taking refuge.

Don't feel bad for the little guys. Remember, average lifespan of Imperial Guard once deployed is ~15 hours...The Emperor protects.
And one Space Marine can kills bunch of alien, xenos, heretic without a sweat xD

Yes, those are babies. Depending on the version of the lore you're looking at, they're either vat grown for the express purpose of being turned into lobotomites and having those mechanical augments grafted into them for ceremonial purposes (like armoring a space marine), or they're actual babies that are taken for that purpose. The sisters of battle use them in a lot of ceremonies, and to carry extra ammo on the battlefield.
Every time I saw Cross randomly melee from a distance made me laugh. I wanna say it was the habit of wanting to throw a hammer when seeing enemies from a distance lol.

Darktide was one of my favorite games last year. This one looks even crazier

Bro this Game has such potential to be a main stay in the live service realm. Looking forward to what they can do. I am REALLY hoping they have some larger team PVE content planned for the future for 6 player squads.
Space Marine 2 isn't a live service game but it's a good game that live service developers should take note of

It would track that Titus is part of the Death Watch at the beginning of the game as the last we saw him he was taken away by the inquisition. And that’s the space marine inquisition detachment that deals with Xenos.

They have no knowledge of Titus or his deeds. No one knows he was a self imposed Black Shield.
Calgar feels like he failed him. The only reason he didn't resume his old position is because Suckcarius is there now.

Yep campaign you can either play entirely solo with bots or with friends

Also after the campaign there are individual co-op missions you can go on with friends and a whole class system after you beat the main story.

@@Kaiser8361N I mean coming from Helldivers and since the game is quite stale lately with the nerfs and no update till 60 days. Space Marine 2 is looking quite tempting and I know I'd enjoy the game after seeing a ton of gameplay from it.

All the Tyranids look fantastic! My personal favorite is the Carnifex. I love the attention to detail, especially with the spine back, the monstrous scything talons, and the thresher tail on the Carnifex.

im over the live service gaming since Destiny 2 and Division kinda suck the fun out of it. been having fun playing older titles like Evil within 1 and 2 and most the single player games that were missed. hope you all find your game.

I feel like the main thing holding this game back in reviews is all the gears of war comparison which I don't even get! Most of the comparison is just set dressing that Gears stole from the 40k to begin with.

Destiny needs a new finisher update where finishing enemies allows you to deconstruct their body parts. Like imagine your about to finish a hive knight and there’s a finisher where you grab their sword and do like a swirl and slice the head off. Would be so epic or even like a finisher where you grab a taken pision and rip it in half.

Picked up this game last night and immediately was like oh it’s a soulsborne GoW assassin’s creed lovechild I’m game. I’m 35 and don’t know anything about the lore. Looked that up. I want to eat stuff and be the world’s best detective now. Universe is wild.
