Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
Same. My trainer wanted me to use that leg press where you put the plates on yourself and I sat down and my feet were so far away from the platform. He was just like "oh okay then, this won't work."
THANK YOU FOR THE HIP THRUSTS HACK!!!!! 🙏🏽‼️‼️‼️ I was too short for the smith machine with my butt near the ground so the addition of the bench will be great!!! AND the abduction on the knees!!!! THANK YOU!!!
Omg the hip thrust in the leg extension machine is GENIUS!! I love all your tips, you are amazing! And also, you look fire 🔥in your workout clothes, but I guess you look the same in everything that you wear, your body is #goals. Lots of love from Albania ❤️
I'm so glad you addressed that you shouldn't squeeze when you do squats. That hurts your lower back so much!! Loved the video❤️❤️ I would also love to see a video on how you workout your calf muscles. They look amaaazing
perhaps your back wouldn't hurt if you didn't overextend it. it's totally OK to squeeze the glutes only, but it's not ok to push your back inwards at the same time (it's a hip movement, not a back movement)
I love your quads so much you don't understand 😂 Your whole entire body is the epitome of strength and all of your muscles are amazing but your quads are so fricking AMAZING! Also I love your workouts when they require equipment cuz I think we're the same height so I always use your hacks!😄❤
I love the SM and use it for almost every leg workout. The options are limitless. Also get those ankle straps, she is so right works amazingly on the glutes
Don't be shy just work it! Don't worry about what any one else is doing. Stay focused and make sure your form is on point! Confidence will come with time. Go lighter and master an exercise with correct form before you start adding weight.
I have this issue too! But there are ways to go around it. Like going early in the morning or when it’s usually not crowded is possible, or just coming to terms with the fact that it doesn’t matter who looks cause you’re just trying to better yourself! There may be a time where you might just have to stop giving a crap about that kinda stuff lol
Hey guys! Wondering if anyone can answer this. I have been working out for a while but only with free weights at home since I was nervous about gyms. I recently joined a gym for the first time and tried the frog leg curl Hanna recommended here. I was feeling it in the right places and I really liked it! Right before my last set, a guy motioned for me to go to him and asked me who told me to do the exercise like that. I wanted him to leave me alone so I said I was just trying out something new. He said I would hurt me knees a lot. He kept saying he had never seen anyone doing the leg curl like that in all his years being a trainer. I was just standing there as he said all these things about me doing the exercise incorrectly for like 5 minutes straight. As someone new to the gym this really intimidated me and I left the gym right after. I was finally gaining confidence and now I am scared of doing anything unconventional. Should I be worried about this exercise? What should I have responded with? I wish I would have had more knowledge about the exercise so I could explain myself. Any feedback would be appreciated!
Seriously the best and most useful glute video I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot through the years). Very clever hacks that has always been problematic at my gym. Thank you!
I love the leg extension machine for the hip thrust works amazing also about the smith machine Thanks for clearing that I always think you have to squeeze all the way this is why you’re my favorite I learn something in every video 🤗
I loved it! But I think the it is important to know what to eat as well. I've heard that carbs are the best way to get it.can you tell me if this is true?
I have been watching your videos for a couple of years now, they are so helpful and i have learned a lot from you. Thank you so much for the great videos!
Such creative ideas when using gym equipment! Can you do a video and show us how you get into these positions? Like the hip thrust with leg machine. Thanks :))
Omg! I love you! The benches at my gym don’t fit underneath the smith machines the long way, so I’m forced to rest my back on the very tip of the bench which also has the smallest surface space. It’s very uncomfortable but also I can’t get my hips low enough which defeats the purpose of the bench. I never thought to put the bench at an angle though! This will not only give me an even longer range of motion but my entire back will be supported. I’m at the gym now and I’m going to try it! Yay! Wish me luck lol (I’m such a dork)
I always love your videos! But I don't have access or time to go to the gym, so I work out at home. What are some good workouts you'd recommend outside the gym, without those machines? I have a bench with leg curl bars, weights, bands, etc. Any way you could do a video for home workouts?? Thanks!
Hi Hannah, I love love your workouts!!! Thank you so much! it has made a huge difference in my body👌🏼 Can you please show us how to get in and out of some of those more difficult movements like the narrow foot thrust. I always workout by myself and I feel very intimidated in trying to do some of those exercises when I’m not sure how to successfully set it up. 🙏🏼
I absolutely love your videos!! I was wondering if you ever considered showing us how to set up equipment for some of the more unusual exercises like the Smith machine hip thrust? I'm always at the gym moving and adjusting equipment, trying it out and then moving it some more. Are there any tips and tricks to doing this?
I always thought to get the workout in your glutes with hip thrusts, you needed to have your knees above your ankles otherwise your working either your quads or hammies. I want to do this smith machine variation for hip thrusts, but is it targeting your glutes with your feet so far back and close to eachother and butt with knees far over toes? I want to try just wondering if it targets your glutes as well as a traditional thrust.
Thank you so much Hanna you are supporting my life with this, i am so motivated because of you, i work very different shifts but because of you i am also keep going in the gym, before i couldn’t do anything because my Hernia on my 17th age, and you show me that it is possible to begin from the beginning and give me hope because you are just a real person ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ so much thanks i just want to say to you, i hope to support people either in the future 😍🤩
Hi! What is the name of the “glutes push down” machine? I am trying to buy one for my home but I can’t find them anywhere.. thanks you!!! Best workouts!
Hanna, do you recommend these movements as opposed to more comprehensive movements such as dead lifts or full squats or reverse lunges for example ...? I mean ... Comprehensive movements are more efficient and activate more muscle portions of your body not to mention to cut down on gym time... Just wanted to know your thoughts .
I just now discovered you and loving the way you teaching us how to do things correctly. I am going to try a lot of the workouts you have set out. Already did the chest one I loved it!!
i love youu and how easy and clear you explain the exercises , i will definitely give them a try. and one thing i struggle with is to isalate the muscles, im not only talking about glutes but also when i do upper body i feel sometime i my neck or back when i do shoulder, maybe because i have scoliosis too. idk anyway hope you could explain that in a video. have a good dayyy
1:35 - Smith machine kicks although they seem awesome would be hard to do unless you go to the gym with a workout partner which i never do and that movement looks like it goes against how the body is meant to move and could cause serious i jury to lower back. But other than that it is super creative and i want to try it as soon as I'm at the gym with one of my dudes

Today was my second day putting weights on the Smith Machine; only 10 lbs, but my form was great and I could do it. YAY ME!!!
Yayy you! How much can you do now!?
Yay You!
"I'm too short for everything in my life" 🤣 same girl!
Same. My trainer wanted me to use that leg press where you put the plates on yourself and I sat down and my feet were so far away from the platform. He was just like "oh okay then, this won't work."
The best time for me to do these exercise is late nights. I don't have to worry about too many people looking
Thats tough lmao i go at night and i think theres way less horny weird dudes
Yes
I don’t care who’s watching lol.
There’s too much people at night at the gym that i go to so refer early in the morning qq😂😂
angel 30 oh noooo, for me that’s when EVERYONE goes and it’s the only time I’m able to go
Apparently I'm the only guy trying to build my glutes?
Sweet.
that's reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy good
not really
Glutes are important!
no dude you're not alone. I have a day in the week dedicated to booty only! P.S: I'm straight, my girlfriend loves my booty lol
I don't think so.
Don't know why anyone would give this girl a thumbs down. Very good tips. Keep up the good work.

I love how you point to the muscle you feel working so we know we do it right! Definitely gonna try these out
Honestly. You just have the best workouts. You make the gym more fun!!

The MOST helpful glute workout I’ve seen! I’ve literally got loads of new inspo for my workouts, thank you! 😘
Could you please do a video on what you’re eating with your new training?
I'm loving your short hair!!! You look younger and more fresh and vibrant!
I love your quads so much you don't understand 😂 Your whole entire body is the epitome of strength and all of your muscles are amazing but your quads are so fricking AMAZING! Also I love your workouts when they require equipment cuz I think we're the same height so I always use your hacks!😄❤

This is the best machine / gym glute workout I’ve found
i don't have an abduction machine in my gym so the last move is perfect! never seen this variation before xxx
Hanna thank you, you're the best! I wouldn't know what to do at the gym without you. Keep it coming lady.
These look great and are new to me. Can't wait to try thank you
I did Smith machine kicks today... was a little awkward until I got the hang of it 😂 I'm hooked!!!
1:40 this exercise looks so good but I'm.. shy lol
😂 I know what u mean I'm shy in the gym too. I would never do hip thrusts in a crowded gym.
Don't be shy just work it! Don't worry about what any one else is doing. Stay focused and make sure your form is on point! Confidence will come with time. Go lighter and master an exercise with correct form before you start adding weight.
@@rockyparalone1374 hip thrusts r super common now so tbh it's not terrible haha
