    Hi Hanna! I have a very athletic body type, similar to yours. I feel very confident in athletic clothing, but when it comes to wearing work, night-out, or any normal clothes I struggle to find flattering styles. Can you do a little fashion video on styles that work for athletic body types? Thank you! Love you!

    Thanks Hanna, this was so helpful! I’ve been doing group lessons for two months now, but I decided I want to start adding weekly gymsessions for working on my butt. I’ve been kinda nervous about going, because it will be my first time ever! I feel a lot more confident now thanks to this video, thanks a lot!     Excellent head position on barbell hip thrusts. You really know your stuff. Mostly every other workout you tuber doesn’t keep that head forward. 👏

      She was right with hipthrusts,i felt sore asf the next day after i did it for the 1st time..
      I would recommend walking barbell lunges too..

    I did this workout today, after a long time of not daring to include new exercises to my gym routine. Thank you for this video.

    I love the way you explain .. and I totally agree that you can focus on the muscle you wanna work more and it does helps ...
    My instructor use to put a finger on the muscle he would want me to focus on ....
    And I also find it hard to find that contact with my glutes so I totally understand what you mean by that....

    And the exercises from the 04:27 and at the 06:40 are actually very good for strenghtening the lower body and for avoiding hernias also :)
    04:27 but this one i just do on the floor not the variation on the bench and at the 06:40 it's very usefull to use a support like that for the legs.

    Woooow i just finished the workout and it was fire!!!!! One of the best glute sessions i had in a long time, the one leg thrust and the abduction killed me!

    Really love your channel, I have been binge watching all your videos and it is making me want to hit the gym so much! A video that I woud love: I am struggling to understand how to split my glute workouts during the week i.e. heavy vs light / low reps vs high reps etc. Would be nice to get some tips on that!

    What is the difference between the hip thrusters band vs the sling shot band? I have the sling shot but not sure if the hip thruster is better. Thanks!
