Like i replied to another comment, the airline capitalized on the opportunity to make the film content when I fly with them. How often you get to film behind the scenes, see the crew work in the galley, platting up food? You may argue it is staged but we have no rehearsal, no script, no prior plan and everything created on-board by the genuine friendliness of the crew. They surprised me with the amazing gift which no doubt they spent their time to create and present. I think I need to do a LOT MORE than this to thank Turkish Airlines. I don't think there's anything FAKE when they so genuinely spent this much of effort to give you some presents.

Hey Sam, maybe I came late to watch this video, but I'm very impressed about how Turkish Airways have evolved through the years passing from a typical national airway to a one of the World's Super star airlines.
I think that Turkish Airways is betting for the best and the other airlines must do the same, invest for excellence not only buying modern aircrafts or redesigning the furniture and details, but investing in customer service for a High quality standard is the right way to be successful and become one of the best.
@@emmanuelesteban678 once i was flying with turkish airlines, there was a pregnant lady flying in back of plane. Chief of staff came to congratulate to her and also they made a quick suprise with small gift pack to her baby. Also they made sure she has opportunity for sitting alone with 3 seats to protect from swelling feet. They are quite wonderful.
They also have flying chief thing for first class. So I can believe non of this video was scripted. For especially international flight, they really act fast and professional. They are not chosen 3 times best aviation in Europe just out of luck.

Have done Turkish Airlines Business class...very surprising for the price...and i flew back from Hong Kong the day of the bombings in Istanbul Airport...military shut down etc...they looked after me like i was a Princess. I will never foget. Btw...food and service knocks most business class out the park. Xxx

I flew Turkish airline for the first time and it was a superb experience. One of the best airlines if not the best in the world.

Before few weeks I flew from Istanbul to Houston(Texas) with Turskish Airlines and I am very glad because I chose Turskish Airlines to be my company on that long flight(14 hours)....I realy felt in love with Turskish Airlines foods,Cabin Crews are very competent!

@@Omega-mr1jg skytrax isnt accurate at all. According to them Lufthansa is a 5 Star Airline which is veery far from the truth. They are terrible if its not First Class. Theyre Business is comparable with Turkish Economy

This is the third Turkish airline review I've seen, the food in all has been amazing, but the service definitely over the top in this one!! Amazing experience though, and the product still looks great without the presents!

only flew Turkish economy from London to Istambul and then to Izmir, they gave me a full amazing meal in both flights, service was incredible, friendly, happy. I love when an airline like this one and Singapore also, make you feel first class even in economy.

My husband is a pilot of Turkish Airline and he lives in Istambul , he is happy working for the Airline . Last december my daugther and I flujo to Istambul to enjoy holydays with he. We are from Mexico but we live in Canadá. Turkish Airline It’s the best. Today is September 14th 2020.

I flew TK9 from LAX to Istanbul then to Belgrade. I was very impressed with the airline. They fly everywhere! As they should, Istanbul is literally the gateway. Kudos to Turkish Airlines. I’ll definitely fly with them again.

I m not a big fan of the lay out of the cabin but the food is truely amazing and FA look very friendly, all of them. You got some lovely gifts made with their heart,even if you received a special attention due to your notoriety,...this airline seems outstanding

Got to admit turkey airline is onr of the best if not thr best airline when it comes to serving of food. The even hire chef to prepare the food which most airlines dont. Thats what i admire of them.

Great video, amazing lounge etc however id like to see a flight that wasn't setup from beginning to end by their marketing/ SM teams. Are there really 'chefs' onboard every LH flight. Is the food service like this ALL the time etc etc?
Turkish and Austrian airlines have in-flight "chefs" just as shown as this video. Yes the food is that good looking and good tasting. Both airlines offer Do&Co catering and Austrian airlines have been ranked number 1 in catering with Turkish not far behind.
Turkish airlines is also one of the best in the world.

Staged or not, PLEASE invest in a better camera microphone, it sounds horrible, the narration sounds good.

However, I think that your videos are becoming more and more like “what is like to fly as a super elite VVIP on XXX airlines”. Not every one gets to be treated by the crew like you did. The way you presents airline products now is not reporting; it’s advertising. I really hope that you can convey your perspectives to the audience as a normal passenger in the future. sam is simply doing what he loves to do, fly. he is taking us on his trips. he spends his money and time doing what he loves and that's enjoying first class or whatever class and everything that comes with it. his vacation is spent ON the plane! why can't you haters see that?
It's first class/business class and he is a vlogger so that though he even paid for his ticket, he will be treated better.

15 Dec, Chicago - Istanbul, Turkish Airlines business class. Check-in was very quick at ORD airport with kind and very polite agent. Boarding was in order and a separate boarding line for Business class and Elite members. On board was greeted with a warm welcome. Pre takeoff had a glass of Champagne which was perfectly chilled and really enjoyed. Push back was on time. Very professional crew on board in business class. Chef came around and introduced himself and handed over the menu and later took the order for main course. Had ordered special meal AVML (Asian vegetarian meal). I was bit disappointed with the special meal as they have been serving the same food for more than a year now. Starter was great so was the main course. I am surprised to see that they have cut down on dessert. I had some desserts and they were delicious. The cabin was very quiet and could catch some sleep. Pre landing hot meal was also delicious. The best part of the whole flight was the crew who worked very hard to ensure each passenger was happy. In short TK has excellent product, catering is very healthy and plenty to choose from. The only complaint I have is, that they do not come and ask or refill the drink you are enjoying. I suggest they should improve this. Again I will be flying on TK business class end of March this year.
