Join me on this 10 hour hop across Asia from the Turkish flag carrier's main hub of Istanbul to Seoul Incheon in South Korea. I will be flying on Turkish Airline's backbone workhorse in their most abundant business class offering. How did I find the rather outdated 2-3-2 configuration that's much famed? If you're traveling with someone, this cabin is far superior over their new one in A350/787 Long Haul. The new product is too small and difficult to sleep in, whereas this one is so spacious! But yeah, it's rather old. The A330 seats despite being the "same" as the 777, are actually smaller (I flew on both back to back last year on route to Maldives).
Would love to try the A350 short haul product though.
I agree with you! This would be most superior if travelling with a friend, even more so than the Apex since its closer and more intimate :) The a350's are a blast sometimes they operate domestically I believe.
This!! It's so spacious, while I felt cramped in flying 787 or 350 in C. Also when traveling with my child in business I prefer the old layout
I am in 2 minds about this product. The new "suites' are super tight - and the new beds are not what they used to be. How was the mattress firmness? I would much rather have a super comfortable seat than a silly door any day.

Are there enough space for passengers to get to the aisle of the person next to you is sleeping ?
I'm quite happy with these older business classes if they are suitably priced. I hate it when they update the cabins on my usual route and price me out.
This is very nice.
I actually enjoyed this seat even though I sat next to a stranger. Comfy seat, fairly roomy for me, and long enough to sleep comfortably.
I love these seats too! If only i could ask for maybe 1-1-1 configuration 😜

Hey so, if you have a connecting flight that is in 12 hours you can't use the private suites in the lounge? (because you wrote your connecting flight must be between 4 to 9 hours)
To my understanding thats correct. It seems people with longer than 9hours of transfers would be allowed to use one of the day beds and the showers though..
Still hoping for the new business class in dec this year on the 777. Do they have couples suite at the Lounge?

The last time i was in said "Private Suites", realized that the toilets are way down the Lounge! The shower room I was assigned to had NO toilet!

2-3-2 in business class is so outdated. It’s a hard pass for me. Nice review overall though.

Can't have it all... The service and food onboard makes up for the 2-2-2 seating. Found on many other airlines too.
Great vlog….not biased inSny way. So in your estimation who has the best 300-ER bus class, Turkish air or Eva Air? Will be flying from Tokyo to Istanbul to Houston on TA..Eva Air fro Tok- Tapei-Houston ..I believe it’s on their Laurel class bus.

your flight TO Istanbul has to be over 8 hours to qualify for the suite.
I had a 4 hour flight to Istanbul with an 11 hour layover....and DID NOT qualify for the shower suite .....
SHAME on Turkish Airlines for this!
Oh... my flight to Istanbul was from Casablanca and only 4hours... it might be a case by case basis im sorry :(
