My dad questioned people after they used ketamine during serious medical operations.. he said it was traumatic as fuck as they screamed and experienced what had to be the worst moments of their lives and what did they say afterwards...?! That it was amazing... Surely it gives a false sense..
i have used ketamine therapy over the last 6 months not only has it helped my depression that was untreatable till now. i also am a methadone patient i have detoxed from 220mg daily to 10mg as of 3 days ago and hopefully completely off by Christmas. ketamine has allowed me to detox with little to no withdrawals. completely saving my life.
How long did it take for the depression to improve? I've been doing it twice a week for a month and so far I only feel better on day of the treatment. After that I go back to depressed except I have less brain fog now. I think they're going to increase my dose soon, but also cut back to only once per week. I'm getting worried it's not going to work.
I just had my second ketamine treatment today for ptsd, anxiety & depression. I have spent 23 years using spiritual healing and lifestyle strategies to combat the affects of traumatic events and anxiety disorders. I have never heard of it before but when my psychiatrist recommended it, I was willing to try it. It is working in a way I’ve never experienced before.
It's almost like you can see/feel everything from every angle which allows you to experience, understand & re-frame the compressed natural feelings that our shock mechanism protects us from. That appears to be why we feel 'locked in' when Trauma strikes. K seems to slow everything down, then sharpen and magnify. It truly is miraculous if used properly with Therapy.both experience, understand & re-frame the compressed natural feelings that our shock mechan

I am a pain patient who also had significant childhood trauma. I put my headphones on, played a 4 hour guided meditation with positive affirmations while having treatment. The benefit of being able to turn inward using ketamine has been an unexpected side effect. I become the music and meditation I was listening to and etched acceptance and positivity into my core being. I’d love to share my experience.
I've been trying to decide what guided meditation/affirmation would be good if I am approved for this. Would you mind sharing the name of the recording you used?
@@allisoncrow8136 I got some Alpha Waves from Amazon music and put on headphones and a blindfold. ( I found music with words too distracting.) It was beautiful. The colors and geometric shapes I saw, seemed to flow perfectly with the music. :-)
My trauma was stored in my body. My body holds the emotional remembrance of the trauma. That’s why early childhood trauma is so sticky to overcome. Ketamine is a game changer!
I can't believe I sat through this 4 hour video! It was so informative, I am saving for a future viewing! I am planning my first ketamine sessions in a clinical setting, I am not nervous about it after all the information! THANK YOU!
This is by far my favourite video from you. I’m a therapist and have had ten ketamine infusions to date. It’s been incredible at helping me to gain momentum out of my suffering. Only downside it it’s so expensive. Especially over here in the UK where we have to pay for it privately. I hope one day this can be accessible for all as it’s so effective and user friendly. Great work, fella.
Granted I’ve only used ketamine recreationally but it has changed my life!!! My perspective on life is completely different! I’ve dealt with depression and ptsd for most of my life. Ketamine has completely changed my perspective on life. It’s amazing how different I feel! I feel so connected to myself and my body now it’s absolutely amazing! Ive felt disconnected from myself for almost all of my life. Life has new meaning to me now and i am so happy and at peace with all aspects of life now. What a wonderful substance!
Please Tim! Can you work with some people to help you getting subtitles in many languages for your interview videos... The information is so valuable but all the non english speakers in the world are missing on it. I would love to share it with so many people I know, but they do not speak english.... You got to a point in your craft and structure that this should not be a big problem... please do it... 🙏
I have multiple sclerosis, and I am about to join a study to see if ketamine treatment can actually improve fatigue in people with MS 🤞 Wouldn’t it be fantastic if it also helped my depression and anxiety 😮
Intermittent fasting has completely destroyed my depression. I have been having lots of energy to walk 10000 + steps daily and now I work on projects that I’ve been putting off for months.Depression sucks no doubt. I quit drinking two years ago. Thanks to the state of South Dakota. God bless them.
Your body can heal itself, but you must eat healthy pure food to give it what it needs to do so. Find Dr. Berg on TH-cam he is an excellent source of information. Also, Barbara O'Neil's channel is super informative. Highly recommend both 💗
I have traumatic brain injury which affected my spatial memory due to an intentional drug overdose. Ketamine is helping to repair that. It’s helped my depression, anxiety, bipolar and trauma. I’m much more connected to my body and aware of present events in a way that I’ve never experienced.
I’ve had 10 ketamine sessions and only had a moderate improvement, no breakthrough moments or epiphanies about life. I may need to try a different modality to lift my depression and complex PTSD. Many people have miraculous recovery but I’m one of the few that hasn’t been blown away by ketamine therapy.
I have been getting intramuscular injections. The program was twice a week for 4 weeks, then weekly for 4 weeks, then twice a month eventually tapering off at 20 sessions. But I did a total of 12 sessions with modest improvement and an empty bank account. I paid $500 per session which is very expensive. I won’t be going back to this doctor after this month. I wonder if some of these places aren’t just looking to profit off of others suffering.
I’m looking into doing exactly that. Besides K, I go to a therapist, meditate daily, and started volunteering once a week just to keep up social skills in a positive environment. The drug free stuff so far has been the most effective for me but mushrooms sound really promising and I have an open mind towards my recovery. Thanks for that feedback! I’m glad you found something that worked! Trauma can be a tough nut to crack for sure.
@@HappyCat1111 do you remember how many grams per kilogram of body weight for the intramuscular injections? A therapeutic dose would probably make it difficult to walk for about 30 minutes to an hour
Try "Magic Mushrooms" / Psilocybin instead. It costs a lot less than ketamine. I'm not liking what I hear about K. It's expensive to get treatment, it's controlled by doctors, it may take a year of treatments or dosing for the rest of your life. How is that any better than traditional anti-depressants? Of course, if it works and nothing else did, it is one option. 45 minute long dosing in an office twice a week is only for people with a lot of privilege in life. Counting prep time, recovery after the drug infusion, travel to and from the clinic, that's 2½ hours or more each session, not counting personal prep time and recovery time at home, which could mean 4 hours out of your day. Who has time for that if you have a job? Tim Ferriss can afford that because he is wealthy. But many of us are not millionaires and we are suffering. I'm smelling the stink of Big Pharma behind this. If Ketamine is not patented anymore and cheap to make, why is it so expensive for treatment? This is what I hate about the "Medical Industry". They are scaring us into thinking we need them to get treatment to survive. This is corruption and greed. If you still want to go this route and qualify for MediCal or MedicAide, ask to get the nasal spray Sprivada (spelling?). It could be low-cost or free. You administer yourself at home and it takes less time out of your life. Try Psilocybin. It's $10 or less per gram, good dose size is 5g, $50. You don't need a doctor to prescribe it or supervise/control you. Some people dose only 1-3 times and their depression is vastly reduced or gone. You can even grow your own shrooms and make it even more affordable. Shrooms also help you learn about yourself, become spiritual, and the trip can be fun. How many drugs from Big Pharma can claim that? You can reduce the cost and be cautious by doing micro-dosing. It means using tiny amounts that you don't feel for awhile, but use for many months or a year. View videos about it on TH-cam. Read Michael Pollan's book, "How To Change Your Mind" or see interviews with him on TH-cam. He's a journalist, writer and skeptic. He's not a promoter or selling any product other than his book, which you can get at the library for free. There's a woman author who wrote about micro-dosing with LSD. She's a lawyer in Berkeley and had good results. The only problem is finding a good source. Where to get shrooms? Don't buy from online companies, TicToc, Telegram or Instagram dealers. Many are criminals who won't send you anything or worthless substances. Buy local in person. Check to find states or cities that have decriminalized or legalized sales and use. The big 3 are Oregon, Colorado and cities in California. Find a cannabis dispensary or local dealer. They may not sell, but they know people and sources. See Church of Ambrosia in Oakland website for use. They have the sacrament, but no mail order. Lots of good information and a psychedelic conference every Easter weekend. See their videos on TH-cam. Have a good trip!
I can't find a source anywhere for any good psychedelics in my area, I suffer some pretty bad depression and i got a chance to try K and man it was a miracle substance, I felt free, the only high or euphoria was from the relief of my vices being released, that's exactly what it did
Mushroom completely turned my life around and my anxiety and panic attack disappeared and my personality changed into a much more generous loving person
1:43:33 really resonated. I find it really easy to push a negative thought away during infusion. It’s like a negative thought will come and I’ll just be like “that’s not for me to pick up” and just drift/fly away to the next experience
Immensely informative and appreciate. I LOVE John Krystal, brilliant, full of personality , compassion and generos with his insights. Like a brightly crackling winter fire. I'm off to listen to this again
Such great information! It’s so sad for me though. I’ve had severe depression for 70 years, attempting suicide twice, cutting and various other coping mechanisms. I had my first ketamine treatment two weeks ago and will have my fifth next week. I will be 81 in three weeks and have spent a life time in survival mode. How I wish I could have been a trial patient 25 years ago! I’m experiencing some improvement but due to numerous health conditions with inflammation and heart disease I fear my life will end before I can enjoy any long term benefits. Please go NOW and find a doctor who will try ketamine!!

At 15:05, you shared with us, you said that you have a history of depression and it may be hereditary. You want on to talk about when you were in a mindset of despair, hopelessness, and the worst was not feeling as though you could change. I can relate with you so much. I can not find a way to express myself. Please thank you for sharing your thoughts on your own struggles with mental illness. You are an inspiration to me. God bless you and keep doing what you do. I'd be willing to bet the primary reason for partial recovery from partial treatment is the inability to pay for the, at times, insultingly high cost of the ketamine infusions because most insurers won't cover them.
@@deegraves6306you can afford it at some point. Even jr you save $30/mo that’s it, you have $360 By end of the year. I imagine you’d have that easily or more quickly! You can do it

You’re not alone although it feels like it. Many of the reviews are bots. The short comments with “saved my life”. Ketamine is likely not as effective as most TH-cam videos would have you believe.....😞
This was extremely informative and answered so many of my questions spot on! I mean to re-listen and take notes. Only concern: it doesn't always work on everyone and people can have a bad "trip" but, it helps most people.

This is unbelievable timing for me at the moment. I'm going through a lot and started june with a ketamine iv series and it really changed my life. After the series Ive been using the at home rapid dissolve tabs and gosh I really feel I'm falling back to before the infusion series at this point. I'm taking high doses at home but for some reason its just not the same as the infusion. Tim your podcast about your childhood trauma forced me to pull over and weep and I couldn't explain it. I've been on a trajectory to understanding my own trauma and I have you directly to thank for that. IFS has changed my life as well in conjunction to psychadelics. Seriously sir thank you so much and I look forward to listening to this and hopefully gaining insight into how I can get back into receiving the healing from the ketamine. Cheers, -Josh

At one point, I remembered I did not like what I was experiencing. Basically, I was part of lava, but the direction the lava was flowing felt negative. So, with absolutely no thought behind it, I just started repeating the word LOVE. By repeating LOVE, I was able to flow against the lava that I felt was flowing in the negative direction, and went towards well.... LOVE. Now, if I ever feel uncomfortable at any point in my experience, I just start repeating the word LOVE, and it brings me back from any negative feeling or vision I was having in that moment. I am curious if this has happened to anyone else, when using the word LOVE?

Ive literally had hundreds of deep K-hole experiences over the past decade. I know that world very very well. Ive been to the bottom and saw Hell and Ive been to the top and resonated with God, and all points in between. There are places where whatever you think will manifest as vision. There are place's where the beings in that world react to your thoughts, your anxiety's and peace. Sometimes you're just free, flying through forests, over mountains. Other times the juxtaposition of imagery is so bizarre no artist alive could ever match its brilliance. The key is to still the mind and have a loving heart for the best experience with the best visuals. The greatest trips usually ended where your body felt it was made of stone and you had to break free like a baby bird hatching from an egg, you felt reborn after these trips.
Hundreds of k holes? Wow. Do you feel it has changed you emotionally or taken anything away from you? I did one therapeutic infusion and felt so disturbed by the k hole I went into that I've been depressed for two months since it happened. I want to feel better, and doing everything I can, but somehow I'm emotionally blunt and wasn't before. Things seem kind of boring and I can't seem to muster the same excitement anymore. I have never felt this way before.
I dislocated my shoulder 3 weeks ago from a torn rotator cuff injury. Long story short I was in so much pain and so worked up cause moving g my toes or anything on my body hurts so bad in my shoulder that I couldn't be moved. I was having a hard time breathing from having had Covid recently for the 3rd time! That the EMT's weren't sure how to move me to the gurney. They ended up giving me Ketamene and within a minute or two I was calm enough to move. The pain hadn't gone away but I was in such a state that I didn't really care about it. I still cried from the pain but it was very different than before. My shoulder ended up going back in on its own thank god. But because they had given me the drug already I had to go with them for observation. I could hear everything from my breath working through my lungs and into my bloodstream to my boyfriends heartbeat across the room! As if I was hugging him with my head on his chest! I did kinda feel like a marshmallow if that makes any sense. Or like how Bradley Coopers girlfriend in the movie Limitless did when she had to take that drug to escape that bad guy that was gonna kill her! She immediately became very calm and aware of everything around her. It was kinda amazing and I'm so very Greatfull that I was given it. Cause without it, my experience would've been very very different and scarily painful! Now I know how first responders are able to transport people who have had steel rods go through their bodies or tree limbs, or have had limbs severed from shark attacks to the hospital without them dying from shock! It disassociate you from the pain. I'm glad it was Ketamene and not some forms of opiates that would most likely make me addicted! Lord knows another addict is the last thing this country needs
God this was good. I just love your beautiful mind Tim. I used to take MAOI’s in the early 90s which were the only anti depressant that ever worked for me-but I had to stop them due to severe food reactions and weight gain. When I learned that ayahuasca had an MAOI I too immediately wanted to learn much more about that. Thank you for starting the conversation about this.
As far as I know in Canada we don't have access to medical ketamine or professionals administering it. I learned of ketamine through a friend, I have found it to help with depression and anxiety instantly and pain relief also. It's nice compared to psilocybin and LSD, as it lasts an hour. It's also a controlled high depending on dose, I use it intranasal and find each line to stack on the effects of the last. I can see abuse for some being an issue, if you want/like to get high this can be disastrous. Otherwise if you respect your drugs and take them seriously, my personal experience is that there is no physical addiction or withdrawals. Super exciting for this to become mainstream, it is still jaded and compared to all other class 1 drugs here. Let's get things rolling in Canada.

There are drug trials going on now. I’m in the Atlanta Ga area, so it may be in or near larger cities. If you get into a phase three trial, sometimes you can continue take the medication longer in an open label trial. You can search on the net
26:55 This! This is the fundamental flaw in not just mental health but in ALL health. No system allowed to avoid responsibility will perform for its customers. I understand that it’s incredibly difficult to guarantee anything in health but if anyone is wondering how we got here then it’s just a matter of weighing up the motivations toward care and profit. Very few industries get a pass on demonstrating effective outcomes like health does.

2:28:00 I was very "experiened" in the use of ketamine and was able to get sealed pharma grade "ketaset" anyways I was using intramuscular shots to the thigh. 0.13g was enough to send me flying through the universe so to speak, and another thing I noticed is that it seems to force you to breathe as if you were meditating. So I feel as a result of this part of the effects of what may be going on that should be taken into account is the possible (hypothetical) effect that having more oxygen in the system could have a lot of beneficial effects that are overlooked? Idk just a suggestion.
Out here in the unprogressive back waters of Lincolnshire in England, mid/late '90s, we soon noticed this new post-rave wacky diversion was preventing the emotional crash & bleakness that hit 3-4 days after e. A little later I extrapolated to a once a week "tonic" k-hole as a palliative treatment for a debilitating condition i eventually cured with divorce. As a nursing assistant in mental health amongst colleagues who would lack ability & interest in "thinking outside the box", i'd have to be careful relating the more radical aspects of observations i'd made during weekends spent finding various ways out of mine, that i often felt relevant to aspects of the care we provided. Another was my insistence that there's no problem with hallucinating but why do some folks have such dysfunctional relationships with'em? Lack of qualification & visits to the barber meant i'd be brushed aside: "M-hm, yeah, whatever, mate... nah, he's fine- just ignore him. Good empathy with the patients..."

It's the bladder, not gall bladder, not the gall bladder, that can potentially be permanemtly damaged with katemine abuse, along with kidneys. Was hoping they'd get around to talking about that too, but I didn't hear it.
I’m so glad I watched this video. Thank you so much for posting. I’ve had four ketamine treatments at a clinic in NYC before I even knew what it really was. I was just so tired of feeling down after many years on meds. I went for depression and it seems to be helping. But one very unexpected thing happened. I have suffered from chronic pain all over my body For 32 years I’ve suffered from peripheral neuropathy from being Diabetic when I was pregnant. ALL of the pain is GONE!! I mean all of it! This was a total surprise to me. I could not be happier! I feel free . I don’t know if you understand the weight of what I’m saying but if you do, thank you. 32 years! Of suffering. Thank you Doctor for doing this research. It has changed my life.
@franklinwood7984 I don’t honestly know. I’ve done 7 so far. The pain starts to return after about 6 weeks. The pain has not returned to the intensity level of before. I have not taken a pain med since the second treatment. I’m very happy, off all psych meds after being on them for nearly 35 years! I have had a complete change of thinking. A spiritual awakening, so to speak. Whatever it is, it’s working.
I'm getting ready in less than a week to have ketamine infusion. This is the best and most informative video I have found. I have watched it over and over again. I was frightened at first, but now I can't wait to go. Thank you. ❤
I just began ketamine sessions on the 23x a few days ago and one of the things I notice is feeling much more mentally stronger I'm scared I won't get anymore better than this. I know it can take time to notice results which I'm hoping for but, I'm scared this is it for me. I'm trying to overcome depersonalization, derealizationx and OCD. I'm most trying to recover from depression and anxiety which anxiety causes DP and DR so hoping,God please, let the Depersonalization and derealization be due to my depression and anxiety so if after receiving more sessions I'll be more grounded and have a sound mind.
I'm gonna try Oral. It is available to take at home. IV is way expensive. And Spravato is paid for by insurance but, it is 2 hours away. And need to wait 4 hours there, and can't drive home afterwards. So need a driver. In all, 8 hours!!. That's crazy
I'll refer you to this online shop where I bought some grams of DMT LSD Mushrooms shrooms Aderrall and other psychedelic products and they ship it to you.
Surprised you never got around to asking about kidney and bladder damage potential with ketamine abuse. Did I miss it somewhere in this otherwise amazing (and amazingly granular) interview?
From what I've read bladder damage seems to happen mostly in people with multi gram a day abuse patterns. There were a couple of years where I was using it to treat depression and suicidal ideation related to a TBI. When I could get it. Even after 100 mg IM I could feel something going on with my bladder. I never had any real issues beyond a feeling in my bladder, but he didn't feel like a good thing. I would love to know if anyone is working on a way to mediate bladder issues caused by ketamine therapy. I know someone who has interstitial cystitis. Her doctor put her on ketamine which helped pain initially but eventually made her bladder problem worse. Seems like a bad move by the doctor.
@@Meowsonn And yeah. It's like magic. During the "honeymoon period" where I was using a bit too much (maybe a gram a day once a week and more than 250mg on other days, I unlocked something. I recorded like 2000 pieces of music in a little under two years! Here's the thing: I now HATE the after effects. I especially hate the way the drug makes my body feel for the remainder of the day. I don't like feeling like that. I preferred to just IM 150 in bed, although running around getting stuff done for a change, on lower doses through the day, was great. I wish I had access. I need to figure something out. Maybe if I can get out to psychedelic conferences in D.C. I can find the right person. And the good news is, although it's difficult to make myself dose, I can now buy mushrooms in shops in D.C. and hopefully that will help me get to a point where I can be social with some psychedelic people and hopefully make a connection. I want to live my life in motion. Not stuck in bed or on the couch, paralyzed by anxiety and depression. Prices aren't going to come down in the clinics, so a black market solution is the only way, and that sucks. Thanks for the reply. Seriously..

I'm using lozenges at home with a company called Better U which also provides an appropriate amount of pre treatment screening/advisement and ongoing support as well as integration coaching. I love this episode as the dosage used in my last session produced a pretty intense dissociative effect and a couple of days post treatment I do not feel as well as I did post treatment the previous three sessions as I was working up to the dissociative dose. I'm not severely depressed or treatment resistant so maybe I'm one of the individuals with adequate dendrite density or at least without severe dendrite deficit whose ideal / sweet spot dose is one that doesn't produce dissociative effects. For my treatment next week I'm going to lower my dose. I know a lot of people poo poo on in home ketamine treatment systems but Better U does provide a lot of support and coaching. In addition, I gather a lot of information on my own. The most obvious advantage is a reduction in cost but I think it also teaches you to be self-sufficient and take more responsibility for your own mental health and well-being.
"Street use" IS bad, and that's not at all what is being suggested as helpful. This is about small, controlled doses under medical supervision in a monitored situation. No one is suggesting people try this at home. That kind of use is irresponsible and stupid, no argument.
I’m about to have my first Ketamine treatment. I don’t know what to expect. The doctor’s pamphlet states that I might feel I have somehow transcended my body and will be floating about here and there. I’m not much of a mystical person-I don’t hold much stock in _metaphysical philosophies._ I’m a little apprehensive and I didn’t sleep well last night, so I’m doing whatever I can to prepare myself, such as visiting sites like this, looking for testimonials and opinions, and keeping an open mind about it. I have 7 hours now before the treatment. Wish me luck!

Depression is nature trying to protect us, animals get depressed too... cause and affect... the problem when a doctor talks to a person who has lost all hope they little have had hope removed from them. With hope they become depressed, they then need rehabilitation to rebuild hope. The problem also is many of the doctors we see actually need help too.. they too live hopeless, they are so busy running a program that keeps them busy they do not know how unhappy they are.
Anyone know of anything re the use of Ketamine for chronic pain (which has associated depression) - anyone tried it or know of anyone who has or has information regarding Ketamine and chronic pain? Thanks
I have chronic pain after an ankle fracture that required 4 surgeries (suspected CRPS), no depression. I've done a 24 hour infusiion and I have also taken a course of low-dose Ketamine orally. In my case, it is the only treatment that eases the pain. I spent 3 years trying other pain treatments, including spinal injections.
What oral milligram dosage equivalent? I'm about to start oral troche treatment but am afraid of tripping. I have PTSD horrible pain and treatment resistant depression.
What are the dosage amounts in the oral tabs? You going through Mind Bloom? I think 1.5 CCs is about 1500 milligrams .. not positive on the conversion chart. If you have severe PTSD I would take more than they prescribe but that’s just my personal experience
You can’t OD on ketamine and the goal of your ketamine session is to go into a k hole .. where you are borderline sleeping or laying down .. it’s in the K Hole you will have heightened spiritual awareness..
Thank you for the excellent background and discussion on Ketamine. On my long covid recovery journey I developed PTSD and Anhedonia. The Safe and Sound Protocol has helped me out of PTSD, but the Anhedonia remains. Since I didn’t have any depression before long covid, I am hoping a series of ketamine treatments will help repair the. "collateral damage" long covid has done to my brain. Regarding your experience with unlearning pain after your ketamine treatments, there are documented examples of neuroplasticity doing that--See the book "The Brain That Changes Itself".
I had similar experience as you and was frustrated about it,fortunately I got hooked up to a mycologist he own a shroom farm online and got ket too that where I order
Cannot recall what it was but there has been recent exposure to some serious adverse effects of ketamine. We have to be cautious of what chemicals we inject into our brains regardless of the short term benefits.

Thats amazing. Keep going 💪❤

Yes, please share. I need to try this healing modality.
I just had my first Ketamine treatment today and find your idea fascinating! I will try it! Thank you! What do you suggest I listen to?

My trauma was stored in my body. My body holds the emotional remembrance of the trauma. That’s why early childhood trauma is so sticky to overcome. Ketamine is a game changer!
I can't believe I sat through this 4 hour video! It was so informative, I am saving for a future viewing! I am planning my first ketamine sessions in a clinical setting, I am not nervous about it after all the information! THANK YOU!
I’m on treatment 4. It’s a 6 shot therapy. It’s great.

We pretty much have to pay for it privately in the US, around $600 per injection. How much is it there? Are you still experiencing improvements?
We pay privately too. No insurance coverage
I have been using ketamine for 3 months and I was able to finally quit drinking and my Anxiety and PTSD is 90% better.
Ketamine changed my life and healed my CPTSD
How long did it last?
Granted I’ve only used ketamine recreationally but it has changed my life!!! My perspective on life is completely different! I’ve dealt with depression and ptsd for most of my life. Ketamine has completely changed my perspective on life. It’s amazing how different I feel! I feel so connected to myself and my body now it’s absolutely amazing! Ive felt disconnected from myself for almost all of my life. Life has new meaning to me now and i am so happy and at peace with all aspects of life now. What a wonderful substance!

How long did it take for the repair
What is your current Status
I appreciate what was said of awareness to inflammation and depression. I feel this isn’t addressed enough.
Maybe people would be more easily intuitive of their wellness, and others.
Were you doing infusions or another mode of treatment?

By repeating LOVE, I was able to flow against the lava that I felt was flowing in the negative direction, and went towards well.... LOVE.

Wow. Well-written!

Awesome work Tim and Dr. Krystal🙏🙌🏽
I'm glad it was Ketamene and not some forms of opiates that would most
likely make me addicted! Lord knows another addict is the last thing this country needs
God this was good. I just love your beautiful mind Tim. I used to take MAOI’s in the early 90s which were the only anti depressant that ever worked for me-but I had to stop them due to severe food reactions and weight gain. Let's get things rolling in Canada.
but you do have 5MEO in vape form. Lucky you.

This!

How do you know when you should prescribe ketamine? How can you tell one type of depression from another? And what about anxiety disorders?
I started my own weekly therapy with blackmarket Ketamine. Taking 30mg 1 time per week. I like it. Having some nice insights and experiences. Lets see how it goes
Dude, you've got to be careful, God only knows what you could actually be getting.
Really stupid idea
@@TheSgcarney63 there are ways to test it to eliminate fentanyl. There's also other ways to test it so that you can be at least 80% sure that it's ketamine.
Most people just can't pay $700 a session so it's worth the risk to some.
Knew there was something to this stuff after the first bump a friend gave me. I walked home that cold fall day with a pep in my step the likes of which I hadn't seen in years...
Ooooh, you came up with some really good questions! I thoroughly enjoyed this discussion
Really fascinating and insightful. Thank you both.
When my phone is lying on the table and I look at an angle, the gray roof makes it seem like I’m getting a text message notification. 🤣
fancy, fantastic and frightening thank you!

I was very "experiened" in the use of ketamine and was able to get sealed pharma grade "ketaset" anyways I was using intramuscular shots to the thigh.
I get pharmaceutical grade in bottle vial
1.5-2.0 is the levels I like to be in
Me too
I’ve snorted 2CB all visual and auditory exercise not really mental
When I would meditate on Ketamine I would get my breathing down to 2-3 breaths a minute.
Anyone who has had success with Ketamine for depression/anxiety....is KAP necessary or can I just go for the injection and integration?
I've done four rounds of Spravato, and it seems to be working very well. Feeling hopeful for this treatment.
Thank you for sharing this video. I know some People it could help.
Much love and appreciation from Denmark to you and your many great guests
Yep, great after E to prevent those Terrible Tuesdays....
did you talk about ketamine intravenously being healthier on the gall bladder and organs, being that your body doesnt have to metabolize it as much as intra nasal?
I recommend you hit up this legit plug they're very reliable ship to any location they've got Adderall shrooms ketamine dmt, lsd, spores, microdose and other psychedelic stuffs!

I am genuinely curious if you will be able to stop using it and still feel normal or if you will need to continually need the drug to feel better.
@franklinwood7984 oh, my doctor just said that it takes awhile for the brain to rewire.
Awesome. Do you have any updates on the long-term effectiveness of your ketamine treatments?
@@tex959I am still pain free! I have not had another treatment since the first week in January. It works. No doubt in my mind!
I have my first session on Monday. I’m hoping for a miracle. Life is not pleasant and I’ve tried everything
I'm getting ready in less than a week to have ketamine infusion. This is the best and most informative video I have found. I have watched it over and over again. I was frightened at first, but now I can't wait to go. Thank you. ❤
Harmine, ( methoxyharman), tetrahydraharmine, betacarboline...(3 MAOi's in Banisteriopsis Caapi)
1:52:00 gives some good dosing advice, great video, thanks
I just began ketamine sessions on the 23x a few days ago and one of the things I notice is feeling much more mentally stronger I'm scared I won't get anymore better than this. I know it can take time to notice results which I'm hoping for but, I'm scared this is it for me. I'm trying to overcome depersonalization, derealizationx and OCD. I'm most trying to recover from depression and anxiety which anxiety causes DP and DR so hoping,God please, let the Depersonalization and derealization be due to my depression and anxiety so if after receiving more sessions I'll be more grounded and have a sound mind.
Great pod, tim. I want to listen to it all again! It was audiobook-level density of quality content!
Wow so informative. Thank you.!
Amazing high-level information. Thank you Thank you very much.
Amazing, truly life changing
Amazing times - the knowledge available to lay people and the arcana of the highest levels of science….
I'm gonna try Oral. It is available to take at home. IV is way expensive. And Spravato is paid for by insurance but, it is 2 hours away. And need to wait 4 hours there, and can't drive home afterwards. So need a driver. In all, 8 hours!!. That's crazy

I start my therapy on Tuesday, I'mso excited to have my mind back!! Thank you for this information! ♡♡
How was your treatment?
@albuhlterol it was super sick dude. I wish i could do more. My Dr found out I'm injecting my suboxone & he kicked me out.
Tons of information.
Great talk Tim
Seriously..
#1 Lots of Lemon water daily ,made with quality water. Cranberry juice on occasion too. Epson salt baths..alkaline diet..clean living (no alcohol) when using K
. Never holding your urine & fully emptying bladder also . nasal- Sub lingual is probably best ..as to absorb the active desirable aspect, but spit out the undesirable parts of the substance that may interfere with the organs. (Never swallowed).
“abuse” needs some parameters.
Thr is a different between making life choices and being sad or being sad for no reason…. I’ve been there
I use ketamine for MS. I have had mild rapid heart rate and don’t know if it is related. I hope not. It’s been a game changer!
what way do you use it
I do as well, total game changer for my symptoms I feel great the day after a session. I do 3 sessions a week.
Could be a vaccine side effect?
have there been any studies for ketamine and tinnitus treatment?
And what about the many young lives destroyed by street Ketamine addiction?
"Street use" IS bad, and that's not at all what is being suggested as helpful. This is about small, controlled doses under medical supervision in a monitored situation. No one is suggesting people try this at home. That kind of use is irresponsible and stupid, no argument.
I took so much once I stopped time, and then made it reverse. It’s all a simulation of that Ketamine has convinced me.
@franklinwood7984 I wonder if the late, great Terence McKenna ever partook of ket.? This psychonaut has ingested rainforests of entheogens in his time.Just hearing his yt talks is almost a trip.
This podcast episode is incredible! Its jammed packed with info and i start my 1st treatment 2morr. Very helpful!!!!!
Pertinent thought.
Ridiculous comment
Anyone know of anything re the use of Ketamine for chronic pain (which has associated depression) - anyone tried it or know of anyone who has or has information regarding Ketamine and chronic pain? Thanks
Companies like mindbloom, Joyous legally prescribe ketamine.
Ketamine cured my depression did a brain reset and I’ve only treated myself with intramuscular injections…1.5 - 2 CCs is my current session
But after i started using Ketamine my Brian started to react faster creating new neurons and healing my brain 🧠
For depression or ptsd, do you need to keep taking it? What % has long lasting effects?
For me the effect is marked, but lasts about 2 days. Have you tried it yet?

My 21 yr old lodger was using K recreationally, regularly. Over a period of 4 months she spun steadily into full blown psychosis and hung herself
Cannot recall what it was but there has been recent exposure to some serious adverse effects of ketamine. We have to be cautious of what chemicals we inject into our brains regardless of the short term benefits.
What kind of serious adverse effects? Short term or long term?
My son has an advanced case of paranoid schizophrenia. I just read where a bone marrow transplant a big difference in schizophrenia
