  • The gorges, waterfalls and swimming pools of Karijini National Park are truly breathtaking. The unique rock formations and gorges carved out of the desert landscape over millions of years are a site to behold.
The swimming holes are a welcome respite from the desert heat and great places to cool down. Fern Pool in Dale's Gorge is an oasis and was definitely a popular spot for swimming. Fortunately, early morning and late afternoon were the best times to enjoy this tranquil location away from the crowds.
The famous Hancock Gorge and Kermits Pool didn't disappoint, navigating through narrow passageways and water courses to get there. It's only a short walk but great fun all the same especially the spider walk!
There's plenty of other amazing walks and places explore like Knox Gorge, Joffre Gorge, Weano Gorge and the Handrail Pool. All beautiful places and definitely a highlight of the Pilbara amongst the dust, dirt and mines.
Karijini National Park is definitely one of my favourites on this trip, so make sure you get there one day to experience it for yourself!
Once again, thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy the video!
