Sadly I already have my Mini 2 SE and I am not sure if this would be an upgrade but yeah, for someone who does not have that much extra money, I am not sure if this would be a good buy. But I think this is a cool drone especially for newbies.
@@nonosapuso451 I agree. The wind resistance is a bit of a drawback for me. The mic feature seems to be limited on the Neo, for now, but I think it can be implemented on other drones as well since it is tied to the DJI Fly app. The best feature of the Neo that the Mini 2 SE doesn't have are the Quickshot hardware toggle, which prove to be useful for beginners.
,,,nice review...I also have my dji spark but its pretty useless in tracking...and it seems na mas mura ang dji neo compared sa bagong release din na Hoverair x1 pro and promax...question is: will it track/follow you from the 'front' while you're riding a bike or a car?
@@odlanorirom actually yeah. Apart from that, sana yung mic feature isn't just limited to those who are using phone as controller. I want to use my mic while also using the controller.
FAA regulations aren't relevant in the Philippine setting. The relevant authority is the the CAAP, and in CAAP regulations, any drone above 7 kg or any drone of any size flown for commercial purposes requires registration and a drone piloting license. But aside from weight rules, there are also area rules, property rules, height rules, and national security rules. It's unclear whether a drone of this size is subject to all of those rules, but the default assumption should really be that they are. Don't fly your drone over a military base and expect to not get arrested.
