On my Ford, half a bottle 350ml my mpg has increased from 50 mpg to 57 mpg with no change in driving style. That's a 14% increase in fuel efficiency. 14% of a £60 full tank is £8.4, so if it costs about £20 per 750ml bottle you can make your money back in nearly one fuel tanks worth of driving.

I will give that a go on my 2008 civic 2.2 diesel im getting 54 mpg ave at moment.
