The other good thing about Oban is the railway station, which will connect you with pretty much anywhere in the UK. Just over two hours will see you in Glasgow with its mainline railway links and international airport. Probably more importantly Oban has a whisky distillery that you can visit and partake in their wares

When staying on a mooring you mention at @5:20 you can use the yacht club showers when the building is open.
Hi John, there are no showers available when you use a mooring but there are really good facilities in the marina. Thanks for watching 😁
