  • I don't know about you but even when I am intentional about my posture while knitting, after an hour or two I start to slouch over. In my quest to be and stay active - I started rucking with my bff and LOVE how it is helping my posture. It forces your shoulders to be up, back and down like yoga teaches us. My posture is better, my core is stronger, my legs and glutes are stronger and I really enjoy it!
    And you can knit while you walk! I showed that while on the treadmill in my last video.
