The diarrhea linked to air pollution, came from a doctor on TH-cam. It explains why when you go to a new environment/country your gut needs time to adjust to the micro organisms in the air.
I know many people who have visited doctor surgeries and hospitals and later contracted diarrhea.
Air inequality?
