- Seadoo problems - What is wrong with my Seadoo, This video is about troubleshooting your Seadoo on engine failure.
For the past few videos, I have been trying to find out what is the problems that my Seadoo is having. I cleaned the intercooler in the first video and checked for any intercooler leakage which was not the problem.
In this video, we will be checking to see if the spark plugs are giving us any issues as the engine is cutting out in full throttle. Stay tuned with us as you will see how we fix the problems. Subscribe and leave comments on the video if you have any questions or recommendations.

I love how you guys have quick access to water and taking out your skis seems effortless. Not the case here in California. Nearest lake to me is about 20 mins away but it’s still annoying cuz we have too many rules for boating. It sucks! Sometimes I feel like I live in the wrong state. Haha!

Y'all may want to try some Ethanol free fuel mixed with some gum out octane booster.& cataclean in the fuel at lower gallon mixtures for your jet skis witch does include the 2 cycle.,2 cylinder engine oil also. Then watch the power it releases to afterwards. Take care.& be safe out there to guys!
Looking at your Fuel Guage (Low level / 2 Bars)... I'd say when you're launching it hard your Fuel Pump is Sucking Air. Recommend at least a Half Tank of fuel to prevent fuel starvation with the OEM Fuel Pump Setup. Hopefully that solves your Fuel Cut-Out issue. Randy AKA randog311 (Retired Professional Wrench).

Great content but please fix the music.... every time you play background music the volume is way louder than you talking so its constant up and down on the volume.

Despite it being a BRP product, you have a Yamaha issue. Supercharger clutch my friend.

Check your intercooler. For whatever reason water condensation can build up then that water gets sucked into your engine.
I have a 2014 Seadoo 155 git and I am not getting a ground signal out of ecm on cylinder 2 the rest is fine no cel runs rough flung a little corrosion in the tops sensor harness could that cause the issue also where does the ECM get the input to send ground to cylinder #2 power is there
If the plugs had water exposure it’s in the engine. You have more issues than just plugs.

Hello, I’ve got a Sea-Doo 2008 I went on the beach. I forgot to turn off near the beach and hit the bottom on the stones as you’re pulling away it was smoking. I looked underneath the grill. It’s all clear looked at the propeller that looks okay, it’s smokes when I drive it on the sea. Does anyone know what it could be thank you

Wrong spark plugs 4339 is for 155,215,255,260 4-tec .300 ace motets use KR9E-G
It is recommended by performance shop due to the working temperature capacity.

I have a fault code p0127 cleaned intercooler got all the gunk out. Cleaned the mag sensor not sure what else to do
HI!! 2013 Sea-Doo GTX 155 power is lost and does not start from the start button, there is no sound signal LCD CLUSTER does not show anything What could be the reason?
You installed the wrong Spark Plugs DPCR8E.
Thoes are the spark plug a Sea-Doo performance shop suggested. 🤷🏻♂️
It should be KR9E-G not DCPR8E for 300 models

I hear you but I've ran into other makes of skis that has runned bad as well due to messing with the engine. No ski runs flawless for ever.

Invest in a 2 stroke Seadoo easy to service cheap and plenty of Parts Modern day Skis 800-900 pounds sofas ...small boats ...........matter of opinion and uses ..

Were you having throttle "surging" problems?
It's water in your carburerator.& the jets are clogged up with corrosion inside from watery fuel. Say you accidently got splashed in water into your fuel tank.,or some water in your gas can by chance. That can cause those issues with that cutting out on hugh end output.& throttle lockdown at full throttle position witch will cause engine fluttering.& carburerator blow floats to what is called flutter bouncing inside while at top speeds to.

You are using the incorrect spark plugs 🤦
Thoes are the ones a performance shop recommended due to their working temperature. I know that's not what the Manuel says.
@@charlottecountyriders Obviously they are not working , performance shop parts .. OEM works ..to to finish 1st you must first finish your not even starting ..
Its a seadoo.
I will still take it over other brands. Beside if I left it along and didn't mess with the engine I would not have this issue.
Bro, can you tell us did you fix the problem or not? Because that was the whole point. I had the same issue I’m trying to fix it.
