Really useful video mam. Mam shall you make a video related to Toddler who is under weight. And which food will helps to increase a child weight. My baby boy who is 3 and half years and the body weight is only (10.9 kg). And he won't consume milk and dislikes milk. And height also 90 cm. Please give any idea to increase weight. But he is active and energetic .
Mam one doubt please clarify. Sprouted moving contains less protein manganese magnesium than sprouted ones please make a video like what daily vegetarians should take to get enough calcium magnesium manganese since if possible please put recipes on that regard mam already subsbed mam. Tk u mam

Do not worry. Make him eat all 5 food groups. Add a little ghee to his diet. If he does not take.milk give him curd.

It has what the raw has and much more because of sprouting

Sprouted has more minerals than raw ones. But try to eat at least 2 to 3 tablespoons raw to get the full benefit.
