Just dismantle an existing motor, Replace the outer METAL case with a PLASTIC pipe of the same Diameter and length. Put back everything as it was. You are now the proud owner of a BIG PLASTIC bodied motor.
However note that the motor may spin faster but lack"s torque. The motor needs a METAL body for the MAGNETIC FLUX to have a free path. Finally a WASTE of TIME. BTG,Engineer from India.

So you disassembled a motor to make a motor? Now without cooling, winding reinforcement and outer magnetic circuit. If you take a steel pipe instead of PVC the motor will be much more powerful. Also add some holes to let air go through its internals.

Why put all this effort into a brushed motor ? It's a more complex motor that will not last very long due to the brushes when you can make the same motor brushless and last a lot longer and a lot quieter without all the sparks haha.. Either way very creative build nice job 👍
