Yes, depends what style of play you want and that’s Upto the coach , if you want a good running game/fullback with best attacking threats he is one of the best options , but if you want to go for a full back with a good kicking and vision you go for someone like dagg with his massive boot or someone beauden Barrett with his vision and variety of kicking/play making options, maybe you want a all round good full back like Ben smith , it’s completely depends on the type of team you want to build

Maybe Zinzan Brooke ahead of Read and Frank Bunce ahead of Smith....this is definitely the best All Black team of the last 20 years
Owen Franks over Carl Hayman..yeah alright. But, Beauden over Cullen? Cmon mayte…
Also, Keiran Reid for now…Ardie will be up there very soon i reckon.
I just had to get B.B into my team!!!
Basically the 2015 RWC team + Lomu 😅
Isn’t the 2015 team the greatest international team ever???
This is essentially just the 2015 team lmao
Is it not the greatest All Blacks side ever?
Have to find a place for Michael Jones because the recent bias is too much.
This is more of a modern best - I didn’t factor in “legend” of the all blacks - I just couldn’t judge how good they really were - maybe a “legends” vid is worth a shot
Whineray,Fitzpatrick,Gray, Meads, Whitelock,McCaw, Kirkpatrick, Shelford, Smith, Carter, Robertson,Nonu, B.G.Williams, Kirwan,Nepia.
Great team 💪🏻
Helluva team, seems wrong not having zinzan in but the other fellas not too shabby either.
@@mattjones3361 😂 Yeah might have been a slight oversight not to have Zinzan over Read…I put that right in my latest vid coming out soon…👀
Almost the right team, but at fullback should be none other than the Paekakariki Express Christian Cullen
Yeah he missed out on this one...my logic is that Carter was at 10 and i just had to have Barrett in my team...I couldn't leave him out! Maybe I should've done an All Blacks 23 😆
8 should be ardie savea
Oooooooh
Whoever picked this list needs to find another job. Christian Cullen would DESTROY Beauden Barrentt.
It's my opinion mate. Feel free to disagree! I just couldn't leave Barrett out of this side...
How could this be the best ever Xv? Because no players before 1986 , none from the great teams 1905,06. 1924,25. 1956 , none from the great teams of the 60s none from the 1978 , how much research have you done ? Big questions bad research. Now I will pick none of your team and will pick only the greats you left out from all the great teams I have mentioned. My team is :
George Nepia (1924,25,29,30)
John Kirwan (1984-1994)
Bruce Robertson (1972-74,76-81)
Bert Cooke (1924-26,28,30)
Billy Stead (1903-06,08)
Sid Going (1967-77)
Maurice Brownlie (1922-26,28)
Michael Jones (1987-98)
Ian Kirkpatrick (1967-77)
Tiny White (1949-56)
Colin Meads (1957-71)
Kevin Skinner (1949-54,56)
Sean Fitzpatrick (1986-97)
Ken Gray (1963-69)
Mate, That’s even worse. Only one player beyond 1980. No Carter and no Mccaw. No Cullen for that matter… they are fitter stronger and faster and played in the modern pro era. You have rose tinted glasses on
Maybe more of a modern list! I might have to do a “legends” one!! ☝🏼
Sid Going and Ian Jones not mentioned. Jones was the NZ counterpart to John Eales. The locks mentioned aren't up to either of these two greatest locks.
Umaga, meads the rest is Ok maybe the best 15 in rugby union history... i cant imagine another player get in
Oosh 👊🏼
If your talking recent all blacks or within the last decade or so then ur list is good
Yeah more of a modern list really - I can’t really judge how the “legends” stack up to these guys - might have to do a legends vid soon!
No tana😮
Hard to leave out!!!
Michael Jones could play 7 or 8. Love Read, but MJ is number 8 in the Dream Team.
Ooh fair play - so much talent it’s a tough one to pick!!!
I'd have Mealamu over Fitzpatrick.
💪🏻
Beaden Barrett doesn’t even make the top 10 fullbacks in ABs history smh
That is outrageous 🤪
He’s favoured at fly half but I have DC in there so had to fit Barrett in there and fullback was my only option
@@rugbybuzz Why did you have to fit Barrett in there? He’s not even top 10 greatest ABs fullbacks, as I said
@@rugbybuzz Cullen, Muliiaina, Nepia, Clarke, Smith, all comfortably greater fullbacks than Barrett, and that’s just off the top of my head
Fair enough mate…we all have an opinion 😎
Barrett at 15 is just wrong, Cullen and Ben Smith were far superior... Cullen being my pick was just legendary.
I just couldn’t leave B.B out of my squad and D.C took the fly half spot!!!
Swap Franks for Hayman Lomu for the Bus and Howlett for sevivatu / jane 15 Barrett / Smith
Prime Jane was so good, greatest fend of all time
Fair play 💪🏻
Rip Van Winkle stuff, obviously asleep during 80's and 90's when NZ 100% dominated and best players were unbeatable
This is more of a modern list! I would have to do a “legends” one at some point! What a team though 😛
Zinzan at 8
Great team
You have to be joking. Christian Cullen the greatest full back of all time !!!
I just couldn’t leave B.B from my team!
Do Irish lions next
@@Nicolene-uy1jf gosh that will be a tough one!!! ☝🏼
Christian Cullen!!!
Yeah I got his name a lot!!!
Hard to leave out but had to get B.B in my team
swap cullen at fullback zinny at number 8 and michael jones at 6 and u got the team
Fair play!!! So much talent it’s insane 😎
This is a flawless list in my opinion.
There's been outrage at no Cullen at 15...I get it but this is just my list and Beauden Barrett just HAS to be in it for me...
Cullen.
Doug Howlett one to not play in a World Cup final ?
Bok:
Olo > Franks
Zinzan >> Reid
Cullen >> Barrett
Great shouts!!!
Thank you for not putting justin marshall at 9
😂
No Meads? Nah g no chance should of been picked over Retallick
how any of these players were on at the field at the same time? hard to pick players across eras. definitly a more modern team but cant argue with selections
No Christian Cullen = Never make a AB list again
Exactly.
ok
