I’m Irish and every1 will always say DC is the best but in my eyes Johnny Wilkinson is the best. He won the WC as a kid basically by drop goals. Then missed 1 or 2, 6 nations after that and brought back in for 2007 and England were shit in that 6 nations. Johnny again drag them to a second WC final. And could have won it let’s be honest with a bad team. Then went to France and dominated Europe. Dan always had a great NZ team behind him. He was took off in 2007 against France and only played 1 final because of injuries but that NZ team was the best rugby team ever. I could have played 10 and won with NZ 2011 to 15. Then DAN went to France the richest team same age as Johnny and done nothing. So if you switch it. If Dan was English and Johnny was NZ, NZ would have won more. Dan just always had a better international team even in 2003 NZ were better but if Dan was playing for England in 2003 final they would not win.

Dupont is agreeably the second best player of all time, in any position. The greatest is Gareth Edwards, even the Hall of Fame in NZ acknowledge that. Number 9 needs a change.

This definitely shows the contrast of Rugby. What constitutes a good flyhalf? In the NH and South Africa all #10's are known as just tactical kickers, whereas in Aus and NZ there's a massive emphasis placed on ball playing. Nobody on this list can put their outside men through holes with their passing game like Larkham and Carter.

My number one is carter, two wilkinson.. after that my favourite is from a different era, phil Bennett.
