    궁금한게 있는데요, 소스에 마늘을넣었는데 어떤 작용을 하나요? 어울릴거같지않았는데요

      저 요거트 소스는 보통 유럽 사람들이 많이 먹는 레시피인데요, 우리는 전 부쳐서 양념 간장 찍어먹듯이, 재네들은 빵이나 튀김종류를 저런식으로 요거트소스에 많이들 찍어먹더라구요^^
      원래 레시피대로 하면 요거트 +마요네즈+ 다진마늘+ 레몬즙+ 생파슬리 다진거+ 후추... 이런 정도로 넣어서 먹어요.
      생각보다 상큼하니 잘 어울려요~~

    오븐이나 찜기에 요리를 하면 몇분정도 해야될까요?

      오븐은 저것보다는 좀 더 질감이 빡빡하게 나올것 같고, 찜기로 하신다면 10분 정도 쩌보시고 젓가락 찔러서 반죽 안 묻어나오면 됩니다. 만약 반죽 묻어나오면 5분정도 더 찌세요~

      계피가루기 계란 비린맛도 살짝 잡고 좋은데, 원래 더 좋은 건 바닐라 오일이지만 일단 집에 없으니 그냥 생략하시거나, 혹시 커피가루 있으면 사알짝 넣어보세요

    단호박뚜껑쪽. 썰어. 씨 제거하고. 그속에 치즈 2장넣어 쪄 드시면. 건강에도 좋고. 맛나요
