He did this song justice and like Zeppelin, he had a rocking and soulful genius. Can you imagine Buckley and Plant together? The stuff Plant did with Allison Krauss was totally groovy and won Grammys These guys together coulda ripped the roof off. Nice to dream or visualize sometimes.........

You are correct. I made the mistake. It's not from Sin-é. I also have this particular bootleg.
For anyone else, the version nasratfatty is talking about is available on youtube. Just search Jeff Buckley NIght Flight and it should be the first result. Matches perfectly with this version sans the inclusion of the bass and drums.

Its just so.......Buckley. kind of a soulful version. Not better of course but definitely good. Good choice of a cover. Besides, what'd you want him to do? Stairway to Heaven? RIP brother

A lot of unnecessary hate here, sure it's not Jeff but it's still pretty cool, kinda like the halfway point between Zep and Jeff's versions. I for one like the bluesy feel to this, the drums and bass really give it some... oomph

okay, i need the truth to stand in the middle here: sounds to me like the guy added drums and bass himself in an overdubbing program on his laptop and did an okay job. Not bad. or this is real...i am going to listen to the sine version and compare the vox first thing. So what is the word on this?

The vocals are from outtakes he did while he was recording the Grace album. Someone overdubbed the grammar school talent contest music under it. Fail.
