How to do a compression test on your engine - Is my Pontiac ok?

Classic car merchandise can be found on my etsy shop somethingautom... I have a bit of a misfire from my 350 Pontiac V8. It is probably just a fouled spark plug but just to be sure, lets do a compression test!
