SUZUKI JIMNY, STRADBROKE ISLAND AND A CRACKED GOPRO 9!

In this video we travelled to Stradbroke Island, QLD for a long-weekend, explored some cool places but also broke the GoPro in the process! Hoping I'll get the GoPro fixed before the next trip.

Good you got the GoPro back.
Whenever I put a camera on the outside of the car I add a string to it, attaching the other end of the string somewhere on the car as a “safety belt”.
Yeah that was a nightmare for sure😳 I have the string as well, but this time it was left on top of the car… not my smartest moment!

FYI …
If you don’t have a roof rack or cannot add the string through any of the doors (to tie it to the inside the car) there is an antenna on the roof, it’s located in the right rear corner. 😉 😁
Unscrew it a few turns, apply the string in the gap, tighten the antenna.
Which rack do you use please and how do mount your surfboard. This would be very helpful to me

How’s the fuel consumption
Much better in comparison to other cars. We also have a Hilux and travelling with that car takes a looot more fuel. I’m on about 9-10L per 100 so I get about 380km out of a 40l fuel tank. Not bad for a small 4x4 I reckon :)
