My only complaint has been the lack of paperwork that comes in their kits. BUT I randomly got to talk with Austin from E&C and he said they are going to start sending more information with their kits! They are definitely a cool company.
@@aMotoheadsGarage the trumoto kit is where it’s at. No instructions needed. Just one way to plug the connectors in and a simple app. Keep doing awesome electric bike stuff and maybe one day 😊
Very cool! An electric moto conversion with no frame modifications using off the shelf components. I have been watching how to do this for years, and that is those are the components that I would have used. The QS138 with gear reduction, the prebuilt battery box. But I had not idea there were premade motor mounts. Now thanks to you, I know all of it will work, and in my favorite frame, an old CRF. Thanks for the series and the ride demos proving that it works. If you could program in a virtual clutch you would be a level higher than anyone for off road riders.
Thanks. I feel like I’m taking a gamble but hopefully it pays off. If not, I’ll be the first to say it’s a failure. Going to start the battery build tomorrow!
If you can't make spacers, you can always use a ton of washers. :) This is why I have so much random bits of metal in my garage just ready to be repurposed for a project.
Here from your comment on Barry’s channel. Can’t wait to see the finished product as I’m thinking about building one of these myself.
I hope no one thinks I’m trying to poach his subscribers, but I hope you enjoy.
this is such a rad project woah, subbed to see more!
Looking forward to the progress on this build! Coming along nicely!
Thanks, that’s really cool coming from another TH-camr. 🤘🏾
I freaking love Electro & Company. I’ve been using their razor kits for years. Very responsive and helpful customer service.

Now I just need them to sponsor the channel 😂😂😂

A clutch really isn’t needed when you have 100% torque at 0 rpm.
Very nice progress. This thing is going to be nuts

Dude have a full aluminium bike and is worried about some aluminium bushing be flexing :D
😂 I get your point. It’s just the size of the bushings.
That early it isn't even hd lol
While a QS138 is great its doesnt really compare to the motor a stark varg has...
O I know but we are going to see how it does.
