Thanks! It makes for a very consistent striking surface. No lumps and no hard spots from shifting sandbags. Thanks for taking the time to comment. Time to get back to training.
Thanks! The idea popped into my head several years ago when I was throwing away an old rug. It was rolled up (standing) in the garage waiting for trash day and I kept walking past it to get into my car. I kept thinking about using the rolled rug itself (wrapped around a pole) as a "shin conditioner" for muay thai. At that time I already had three bags hanging from the garage ceiling and didn't really have the space to make that idea a reality. Then on trash day, it just hit me, "That old rug would make a great 'liner' for my heavy bag." And the rest, as they say, is history.
Without something like a rug around the edge, cloths tend to "bunch up" and make the bag lumpy. You might even be able to wrap all the cloths inside an old sheet and then stuff it into the bag to give it a more consistent/uniform striking surface. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Great tip, thanks brother
Hope it helped and gave you some ideas. Stay well.
That's a nice ass trick

I don’t know how to fill mine I chopped up some cloths and threw it in there but it’s not hard enough
