The first condo was nice and has a great location. Will watch it back again. Not a criticism mate but my friendly suggestion to you would be to make up a check list, if you havent already, to submit to the agent before you meet up with them or prior to recording so all the standard questions can be answered. Most of the important stuff was covered. What I think also could have been included: - how is water and electric calculated, price per unit and KWh - when was the condo built - when was the last rennovation (covered for the first part of the vlog) - if there is no washing machine already inside the condo can one be added? - does the condo have a launderette if there is no space or convenient location for a washing machine? You always do such a good job with these videos, we are spoilt, there no need to follow up on my questions above, again it is just a suggestion. Only request from me next time, if possible could you please show the parking arrangements. Sounds daft but I for one like to see that as well. Again only if possible and your time with the agent permits. Keep up the great work.

I have a few condo's in Thailand now, by biggest tips I can give you all 1) visit the condo without the agent at different parts of the day to check noise etc, (I remember a dude that bought a place after seeing it once, bought on a Tuesday and didn't know there was a loud bar behind the condo and the noise was awful 2) check to see the financial records of the expenses of the management, you want to know whether you are buying a problem 3) ask residents, ask how they like it ? how often problems are resolved? is the condo allowing short term( air bnb etc) if so you might want to walk away, short term rentals are my personal enemy. lol

Stayed there for six weeks in December 2016 to January 2017. Was a bit of hassle to get down into town baht buses full of russians and heavy traffic thru the indian enclave neighborhood just before walking st as you come down. Bit far out but plenty girls would make the pilgrimage up to see ya

The doorstep transportation & options of easy access to 3 main locations would be an ideal home location for many . I have a small criticism Jason , which has left a small void in my life . On 2 occasions now you have failed to open a kitchen cabinet door to reveal an empty cupboard . Please address this oversight for me 😂😁

Boy wouldn't that be a deal breaker 😅 I really like the 2 bedder, really a nice layout. I just can't see myself living anywhere near the city. Also the pool is a no go for me. That walking path of concrete slabs would be the death of me. I really like the area of Bang Saray and I am sure there are some other nice quiet areas to choose from away from the city. I am loving the thought of not listening to roosters anymore 555.
Hi, I can explain. When the building was in the making and it was off plan, the buyer bought 2 rooms and combined them together. In the title deed there’s only 1 address. You pay maintenance fee only per sqm, and only for what you own. No double-fees

That is the big problem for me also. 71 years old with a heart condition, which of course would be excluded from any policy I could obtain. I could keep my Medicare supplemental and hope to get back to the US if/when I have a problem, but it’s a huge risk.
I think your wireless mic was out of power. You were pretty inaudible for much of the video. Btw, that first one was a really nice condo for a really nice price. The second one was not so great. I don't think it was 35sqm. I lived in a 35sqm prison in bkk and it looked more spacious than that one. I am going to guess the real size is 30sqm or less. I'm leaning towards less.
Funny thing, that 6 month deal is lower per month than the 12 (after deducting the install and the router)…. But then they get 500/month over the next 6 to make money
Why on earth would you buy it if your 65 ? That's just silly... unless you will live for another 30yrs. !! Tied down to one room and area..... if your 40yrs old at the most then maybe..
Nice place but the beautiful view looks like it has a lot of empty space between the condo and the sea, which could be the home of new high rise condos or hotels that could possibly block your views.
The first condo was good, I could have fit a 3 seater, which is a requirement for me, but the wall the TV is on is far too short for me to be able to get the TV directly in front of the couch. this is something I see in many condos in Thailand and it makes me never even think about renting them

Nice place the first one but 70,000 baht/m3 for that area is way way ott. Decent enough pool but not a lot of bathing area and the gym was on the small side. I currently rent a condo the same size as the second one and it is way too small to live in long term if you spend any time in the room. Same again, price is 70,000 /m3, over priced.
He is not Russian, Ukrainian but “up to you”. I have known him for 12 months and rented my first condo from him and never had a problem, always extremely helpful

Depends on your age, if you are 50-60 it most are under that, once you start to get 60 plus, just like OZ it will go up
