Managed a 3.85 in a stage 2 m135i (evolve tuned) 😎 I found short shifting around 6k in 1st gave better results.
@@mikesimpson86 or launching in 2nd and regulating the wheelspin helps too

That rs3 is sick it’s so unique and the m140 is just 😍with that lsd big power and sound such a slideyyy boiiiiii dream garage right there
Start in 2nd, 1500rpm, ZF slips a bit more and helps the initial traction, torque pulls you through. For me it helps reduce the difference between rear and front wheel speed, so traction shouldn’t cut power compared to starting in 1st (where it lights them up/cuts power)
I had 2mm tread Supersports warm not hot and it digged well using the above method with 500ftbs👍🏻

Decent time, got an M140i xdrive. No traction loss so I get a low 4 second time even standard. I reckon this is gonna be a beast at stage2 with xdrive!

Mate the best thing about watching your vids is your inability of holding back that smile youre just dying to let out 😁😁😁 to be honest id be smiling like a kid if i were driving that 😂
Should try holding in 2nd gear from stationary. Mine feels quicker starting in second as first just seems to spin away the power. Some people have reported better 1/4 mile times starting in 2nd too.
Where did you get the paddles on the wheel? May have missed something, but look so much better than standard 👍

Can you try some 0-60 runs using the race time app ? I’ve been using the app and I’m not sure how accurate my results are. Be interesting to see against the draggy app.
What tyres would you recommend? I’ve got an s3 and was gonna put pilot sport 4s on it
When it got going, my mate’s Stage 2 M140 used to piss all over my stock pre-FL Audi RS3. It was an absolute weapon!
Have the same with the stage 1 (410hp and 600Nm of torque) , stage 1 is perfect to keep the car in good shape and to drive safely. Keep in mind that the chassis has to keep the performance .
My evolve stage 1 made 422 and 635 at Surrey rolling Road. Stage 2 now. Not dynoed yet

Needs some rims.. I had Flow Forged VMR v801 in staggered 19” from Germany all in the correct offsets with TPMS and PS4S👌🏼👌🏼

@@matty6848 i was going to go with a quaife LSD but it wasn’t great for “hooligan” driving so to speak so went with a Wavetrac
Think your times got better too as your tyres warmed up. decent fastest time none the less.
Hey Hamza what is your current camera setup?
When it’s uphill the slope doesn’t matter mate it will validate it still , downhill doesn’t let you have more than 1.00% because obv that would help a lot
The lsd is great but then it shows up the m140 front end. So you have to get the suspension updated.
What are you using to record the drag times?
Will you be keeping this car?
Dumb question but How do you burnout while you press the brake?
I read that its better to do it in comfort/echo mode for 0-60 in the M140i--Maybe try that in the next video.
I've got one thats not true, my stage 1 does verified 0-60 in 4 seconds dead, when you actually use launch, hamza wasn't using launch

Once the time isn’t faster than with stock power it’s a sign that the Software tune hasn’t been done properly - not done to be effective in real world condition

Really want one of these now. Surprised by what you said about it being thirsty though, most reviews I've seen comment on how surprisingly economical it is and can average 28 MPG. I'm currently averaging 23 in a GTI and I don't drive aggressively.
If you don’t drive aggressively you should be ok as the ZF8 box always keeps the revs low as it’s always shifting up.
However, the torque is addictive on these so it’s quite easy for the economy to drop significantly when pushing on

@@SenszR if you stick cc on at 70 I always get over 40 mpg. Around town though its late teens early 20s

Done a 3.75 verified to 60 in mine similar spec and M-performance LSD, PS4’s. Don’t bother with launch control it’s crap. Traction fully off & manual shift. Slight brake boost and change up as soon as you start loosing traction.
By slight brake boost I mean as soon as you kick down and feel the car sink release. Any longer and you’ll just leave about £10 worth of rubber behind you.

You’ll get the best times stopping the car and up shifting to gear 2 so it takes off in 2nd gear

@@TheWorldboy88 because I’ve got a stage 2 one myself. First gear is too short and breaks traction too much. Cars got enough torque to set off in second gear the first one is a waste of time. Timed draggy runs too 0-60 in 3.7 seconds doing this
