  • I am still learning to screen print using my MiScreen A4 digital screen maker. In this video I ruin a beautiful Bella Canvas Tie Die pull over Sweatshirt attempting to put a design on it. You know what they say, Practice makes perfect so looks like I need to keep practicing. I will be wearing my sweatshirt even though my design did not come out as I planned. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. To get your MiScreen A4 go to www.allanawade.com and get yours just in time for Christmas.

    My dude, first off. Love all your tutorials. I'm actually watching to learn a thing or two :) My tip would be to make sure that the head (that part that clamps the screen) is not on top of the platen. that way the screen can rest evenly with the shirt. I like to put the head down and then push my platen in until it hits the head and work from there. Great video man! - Leo

      Thank you. It looks pretty cool in person. I actually don’t think the No part is necessary. Just the approve needed and the X is fine but i made it up on the fly.

      @@adubbproductions I think 🤔 that you should keep that design, dripping too much sauce,😎and just make another one the way you want and compare the sales

    Bro future reference you did great 1st time you got all the ink on the screen to be on the shirt excellent. The rule for screen printing Light colors then dark colors. Also you have to put the space of the X in both. However for your 1st time 7 out of 10.

      @@adubbproductions To tell you the truth you did great the 1st part came out excellent edges were on point. Just imagine when you have vinyl and you cut out the space for the next vinyl final feels better and a lot easier on the fabric and ink. Check out this just like vinyl layer helps feel Check out video just like that

    It looks fluffy when the mesh is not suspended. Does MiScreen recommend using the screens without suspending the mesh? I only just learned about the MiScreen, that’s why I’m asking. I’m only familiar with the traditional emulsion technique.

    I am watching and I just want to jump through the screen with aluminum screens in my hands. You have an awesome press but those flappy screens need to go. I’m sure you’ll get a handle of it in no time. And yes, you need to decide if you’re gonna be a pusher or a puller. Love your channel!

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you. You are right. The flappy screens are definitely and issue if I am gonna use it on a press. I will put some aluminum ones in order for the miscreen. I also have full sized frames for the bigger version of the digital screen maker but I can’t do all the videos at once. I’m enjoying playing with this little thing. Thanks for the critique Pam. I think I wanna be a puller. On the my screen and a pusher when using large aluminum screens. Lol 😆

    Never flood screen when in printing position. the edges of the print are horrible, no tension in screen. Must be a nightmare registering a multicolor with that much movement. No off contact, lots wrong with this method. I will stick to old school method.

    That screen is more for crafting bro I wouldn't use that with a press. Honestly buy some real screens and expos a screen and you will see the difference. Also only push or pull don't do both but when most start to learn screen printing we have designs like this lol it's a learning curve but learn with the actual screens and using emulsion

    Bro i love your boldness, but i must admit it was painful watching, especially how u held your squeegee, the angle as well as the pressure u exerted coupled with the loosened screen determined the output, otherwise screen printing ain't that messy as u say it's fun, i love the idea bro!

      A better more economical option would be purchasing dtf transfers. For a little bit more money you can purchase a dtf transfer printer with a shaker oven combo. With that you can sell transfers as well as make shirts. Unless you have a specific thing you wanna do with this then purchasing dtf transfers or a dtf transfer printer would make more sense to me.
