I really like this form of printing, but I was wondering. When u get all done with an image, can I reuse the material for a different image or I need to use a new material???

The master material can only have one design burnt into it. You can use this to print that design/image. You can clean it and save it and then bring it out and use it again and again but you cant reuse this screen for a different image. That’s means you dont use all the harmful chemicals for screen recovery so we feel it is much better.

Yes we have used it with adhesive and foil in the past.

Would this system be able to screen print the solder resist layer and component ID layer on circuit boards?

The masters work as long as they are held tight. I believe the bigger machines have been used for this as their frames hold the master material tight. I have not directly been involved with any company using it for this reason.

If you get the screen tensioned correctly you can get up to 1000 prints from a screen
