Sara, I have a question. Can you use the same board in the main room and the breakout rooms? For example, lets say I had a team of 12 members and we spent the first hour of the two hour meeting working on a whiteboard to determine the upcoming quarters objectives and we came up with three. Now I want to break them out into three breakout rooms (4 people each) and assign an Objective to each room where they'll spend half-an-hour working on key results for their assigned objective. In the last half-hour I want to bring them all back in the main room where they present their proposed key results. Could all the work be done on the same whiteboard. How do you break it apart for the breakout rooms and then bring it back together for the out-brief?
Hi there! At this time you cannot share the breakout rooms link in Teams. You can share the regular teams meeting link with students to have them join!
i have a question, i'm a teacher and i'm using ms teams, i want all my students share their screens at the same time. is it possible? if not can you give me a solution
Hi there! It is not possible to have multiple people share screens in Teams. There might be some add-ins that allow for 2 people to share. Or, if you want students to see students screens for a moment, maybe for their answer to a question, try ClassPoint's Imag Upload Question integrated in PowerPoint: www.classpoint.io/features/image-upload
Hi Sara, what application did you use to record this tutorial and how did you separate your background as to show the tutorial behind you? Thank you!

Are there breakout rooms in the free version because following your steps, I only see, at the top, Delete, Copy Link, Share, Time zone. Thanks.
Hi there! Yes, Breakout rooms are in the free version. Make sure you invite participants before trying to set up the rooms!
@@ClassPoint Thanks!
