I legitimately used this video to fall asleep last night. I only needed 3 minutes and 2 seconds out of the available 699 minutes and 45 seconds. Assuming that this video guides me into a blissful slumber at an average of 3 minutes and 2 seconds each night, this video should provide me with 230 well-rested nights. That is nearly 8 months. Thank you, Eric.

Thenole how do u hold your phone while falling asleep, I lie on my right side and put another pillow under my right arm and close one eye and watch a variety of ASMR vids , and it works a treat, best technique ever

I think the first game is something akin to the Black Lion defence. Simon Williams has released a course on this and the line that black played is theory. I recognised the opening after move 4
