How lovely, beautiful twins, very grateful of your generosity ,with the baby formula.Ha the ladies just love shopping for those clothes ..An old lady passes on in life in the village ...and a newborn arrives ...heart warming stuff...well done guys again....
We are so sadden by he grandma and the girl. Hopefully, the story has a happy ending. You only wish that more can be done for these forgotten people. All the best my friend. 👍👍 from Jim and Harriet
Thanks for sharing your adventures with us Todd, Neenee and Mina. A mixed bag of true kindness and generosity, rain, sadness, food, scenery and travel. Great job. I'll be in Laos in October/November, Vientiane from the 6th to 10th of November. Would be good to catch up if possible. Will keep in touch. Good on ya.
Happy Birthday! I'm planning on returning to SR in January, getting a 1 year retirement visa, an apartment and using it as my base. I visited Angkor Wat in 2015 & 2017. I just love Cambodia. Look forward to future videos.
After I saw the first few moments of this video, I was thinking 'No, Todd we need a happy one.' 'Desperate' people made it a happy one. They are very special people. Maybe you could find the right English-speaking Lao person and have a conversation about the Lao attitude to adversity. We could benefit from that. In our area they make a simple bed from bamboo, build a charcoal fire underneath, and the mother sleeps over the fire. There is also a special tea.
Hello Todd , You and NiNi are really generous hearted people and what is more eemarkable is that so intelligent young Mina is following your track. One can wander what the Chao Ban does for fighting against poverty in his village. I appreciate Madame NiNi speaking Lao so I stil can understand pasalao. Pop kan maï 😊 All the best to you three from Brittany.
The 3 Amigos!!! Todd / Neenee and little Mena Love ya to the Moon and back thank fuck there's People like you on this Earth that Do what you do from the ❤️❤️❤️ Take Care C U when l C U !!!!
What you do matters to so many people on this channel and to Lao people. You mentioned "Cookie Girl." I remember when you first met her and when you went back and found her again. That being said, keep doing what you're doing, and I promise that we will keep watching. Thank you for the black and white stills. E5 is gone and E6 is next. See you then. Cheers, Todd!
What a nice charity work to help the less fortune minority groups in Laos. This is why I keep watching this You Tube channel. Thumbs up to the three of you. Khorp jai der.
Hi Todd,,,thanks again for what you and Neenee and Mina and everyone else that are involved in helping with your donation. I was thinking what a great life example all this is for Mina. As smart as she is,,I think she has it figured out and she's learning things that with her brilliant little mind ,,will be lifelong and shes learning things that will keep her heart as beautiful as her mind. Just watching her ,,even from this distance,,,she has a tender heart and she cares for people and worries about others. She picked things up from her own situation most kids will never comprehend. I do love this little girl and I'm proud of her,,proud of how you're handling things. If you arent already back home,,have a safe journey. Ttyl,,,Marlon ❤❤❤
Thanks Todd for another informative vlog. I love to see how the women enjoy choosing clothes for themselves out of your box. Yet another side of village life seeing the new-born baby and mother with all the men sitting around playing cards. These insights are priceless and mainly unseen by Western eyes. As far a land crabs go, here in Khon Kaen, especially on our land, they are very common and form the basis of some varieties of SomTam. Even my wife collects bucket loads!! God bless all 3 of you as you go about helping others less fortunate than yourselves. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. 😀❤🙏
Another great video Todd. It's amazing how fast Mina is learning English. Your selection of songs continue to be great. That was an excellent piano version of the Stones song (As Tears Go By).
I’m staying in Pattaya Thailand and a Chinese bloke had a Lao girl there in the same condo as me and she slit her own throat obviously not wanting to be with him…sorry to here the news They should try and something About it to protect there kids.
Thanks so much Todd, Neenee, and Mena. Love the videos and the insights you share. I have been volunteering in Luang Prabang since 2015 at Lao Friends Hospital for Children. I don’t live in Laos now, but plan to continue to visit a few months every year. I occasionally make it to Vientiane. Would be lovely to connect around charity and healthcare one day.
Thanks so much for helping those on the lowest edge of society. You teach us it what good condition we live and it what unimaginable conditions people in Asia have to survive.
The West complains because money is short prices have gone up etc etc but the population has no idea just how difficult life is for these poor people you're visiting Todd. They have no money work hard long hours and still don't earn enough to buy life sustaining foods. Your family is committed to helping others to live a better life and you are achieving your goals mate. Bushyboy Oz
Hi guys Great videos l hope and pray that the Chinese guy that took the young girl does not abuse her.I wish the police could find her and get her away from him. This is sick, very sad to hear
I wonder how many know who you're talking about when you referred to "The cookie Girl". I have the same problem here sometimes when I try to be funny. 😖 Stay well.

I also have a Patreon page which is subscription based starting at $5/month, and you get extra content for that. You can always join for free and see some of the stuff I've posted in the past to my Patrons so you know what to expect. All contributions go towards helping the people of Laos when we travel and keeping the videos coming. Also, there is Super Thanks on TH-cam you can donate through, but I only receive 70% of that. TH-cam takes the rest.. hmmm rude I know 😆 I hope this helps.. thanks Carol 🙏
I see you found a way through TH-cam super thanks... Much appreciated, thank you. A better way would be through my PayPal link that is in the description of each video. Paypal take less than 3%, where TH-cam take 30% of every super thanks contribution😕
I do not understand. why don't they just breast feed? My Girlfriend just breast fed and never paid for any formula for our 2 boys. Laugh "red light specials" I have watched my Tooki dig through huge piles of clothes. I know the feeling all too well. I have watched her dig through huge piles of assorted underwear. But they love that. Your baby girl is just thriving since you adopted her. There is no doubt she is yours. I love how she gets involved with your distribution of clothes. you did a huge one there bud. You completely changed a little girls outcome. The woman with bad feet could possibly knit if someone taught her. Hand knit sweaters are quite valuable in the west. Yes i am trying to think of a way for these women to sell their items to the western world.
Todd, please enlighten me: why do these poor people use baby formula instead of breastfeeding their babies? No offence intended, I just want to understand.
These poor people? I only showed a mother of twins who wasn't breastfeeding, and it could be a number of issues why, including not being able to produce enough milk for twins because of a poor diet. The formula costs 2 days work and lasts a week. Pretty sure she'd be breast feeding if she could 😉
