Excellent and practical points for prospective buyers. A key point to realise that you can perhaps buy a larger home elsewhere but without the infrastructure like services, shops etc and things you need that are available in a large centre like PV, what is the point? You cannot just live in a. your house without needing to interact with the world outside.
